This place used to be much better and fruit was cut fresh to order. The last 4 or so times we have tried them, the mango has obviously been sitting for a while. Today was super mushy and just not good. The mango and tostiloco were ready by the time I turned around because everything was precut since who knows when. Definitely not fresh like it used to be.

This place is my go to for chicharrones and the Mexican pumpkin candy is so bomb! Fruit bowls, etc are good, just an overall yummy place. The only downside is it’s tiny, it’s always busy and not enough room inside for everyone, the wait can be long but it’s delicious so I don’t mind waiting. We live in East Vancouver and we drive over this way on the weekends, I wish it had another location close to us but that’s ok.

Good food, i mean it’s junk food so off course it’s great. However, times I’ve been there it could use a better display. I’ve seen boxes on the floor. From my perspective cardboard boxes shouldn’t be on the floor for health and safety reasons. They do take some time to carry out orders and lastly they would get another star if they put a schedule up and stick to it. I was told it was close only on Wednesday’s but definitely isn’t the case. Time to time it’s close without a notice on the door.

Very tasty treats ! if you enjoy spicy Mexican treats then this is the place for you. The lady is very friendly and it shows that her customer satisfaction is her main priority. She gladly gave my girlfriend and I a few samples to help us be satisfied with our choice. Frutas locas has my business for as long as they are around !

From the time we walked in, Guy behind the counter was too busy on his phone to greet us. I asked a question and I was ignored, asked again and he answered without looking up from his phone. Our order doesn’t taste authentic, just taste like it was out of a can. Very disappointed. Lost us a potential long term customer.
