The food and drinks are consistently good but the service is horrendous! Staff deliberately ignores you till they can’t any longer. Attitude for no reason is guaranteed. Other than that, it is good.

The owner or manger whoever he is was very rude. I was a regular since I would work there. Well one time k purchased food , my card was approved and I was given a receipt. 2 weeks passed by , went to the food court. The manger had one of his employees chase me down to tell me my card didn’t go thru that last time I purchased. Mind you instead of being the bigger person and manger he is , he had to send a different employee. Made me pay up to something that was failed on their end and was very unprofessional on how he was talking to me . Never again will i purchase from them. That bald guy needs to be fired .

When we ordered the cashier was just pointing at stuff not really typing in the order so they got the order wrong. They drench their sandwichs in mayo and to top it off one of the line sandwich makers was playing with the wash cloth waiting on my wrap to toast. He never changed his gloves and management never corrected him.

Looking for a good place for healthy drinks i found this place at the mall. The ladies at the counter were so very nice, and suddenly some guy wearing a Cruz azul shirt (not in the employee uniform) came yelling at the employees. He was completely unprofessional and rude to the workers. Very uncomfortable situation. We will not be coming back again.

I loved my ham and suiss croissant . Also the pickle was really sour (and not so sweet like in other places) went very well with my croissant. The moka java smoothy a little bit too sweet, but it was delicious . All prepared with love, I guess because it was really good.

One of my favorite places to eat at the mall! Their smoothies are so yummy, strawberry banana is my to-go. The Cuban is my favorite sandwich. Owners and workers are very friendly, I recommend this place!
