I could go on and on about how finger licking, damn great, every option they serve here is but I’ll just keep it short and sweet. Come try this place out!!! Hands down the best catfish that I’ve had in any restaurant, in any state that I’ve traveled through. The rib tips are tender and pull right off and the bbq sauce is amazing as well. Like I said, everything they serve is delicious so come on down to South Haven and check em out!

Don’t be turned off by this being a food truck but instead RUN DON’T WALK. The food is nothing close to average and worth the extra 7 ish minutes from the major highway.
Literally everything about our experience was amazing. We stumbled across Fruit Street Kitchen while traveling back to Indiana, and it was the absolute perfect ending for a long day. I’m so glad we stopped!! The woman at the window (owner, but I didn’t catch her name) has the brighest, warmest energy and was so helpful and kind when taking our order. We showed up around 6:20 and they close at 7 but she made sure to tell us she was in no hurry and to take our time. And we could tell she really meant it. These people love what they’re doing.
We ordered a fried turkey chop sandwich, fried catfish, cabbage, and mac n’ chz. My boyfriend couldn’t decide between the fish and the turkey knuckles, so the lady gave us some complimentary knuckles to try!! Which had her husbands homemade delicious BBQ sauce on them. Food was made to order, and we waited about 10 minutes, 15 max. It was fresh and absolutely FIRE. They also have frozen kool-aid that truly hits the spot on a sunny day.
The atmosphere is very laid back with patio tables and umbrellas to sit under. Literally thinking about when I can make another trip out already.

The most warm welcoming place. The owners wife working the register was so patient, kind, and overall a pure delight. It was truly refreshing! Now the food was absolutely delicious we got the Mac and cheese you could tell love was put in, the corn bread was so good, frozen kool-aid was so refreshing, and the pulled pork with the her husbands homemade bbq sauce was absolutely delicious!! Definitely will be back soon if not today to try more delicious food!! It is a must go!

Oh my gosh! This food is fantastic. Do not miss it if you are in South Haven. We ordered the catfish, rib tips, Mac & Cheese and greens. The catfish has an amazing light corn breading and is cooked to perfection. Ribs tips are tender n delicious & the sauce is so good. The greens are infused with flavor. The mac & cheese has that homemade taste. It was a perfect meal. Thank you to the owners for sharing their love of cooking!

First time there and will most definitely return when I’m in the area! My family and I got chicken wings, hot dog, pulled pork sandwich, catfish, greens, fried cabbage and baked beans. No food was wasted, everyone enjoyed their meal. You can taste the love they put into the food they make! The pricing was fair for the quality and amount of food you get. Highly recommend!!

My family and I all highly recommend Fruit Street Kitchen! The owners, Monique and Rico, are wonderful and everything on their menu is DELICIOUS! Also, ask them about “special items” that are not on the regular menu. We stayed at a house in South Haven for the week and we discovered Fruit Street the day we checked in-what a find! They are located close to town and right next to a wonderful park with big basketball courts. Make sure you order fries with pulled pork, bbq sauce and cheese on top! We can’t wait to go back for dinner next summer!
