It took 30 minutes or more, to receive a ten piece combo. Received the order, the first time, in 15+ min and the full order was wrong… Fries, wings and drink.. all wrong. It took 15+ more minutes to get the correct order. If you don’t want your wings dipped in the ranch, don’t order the Zesty Ranch, or maybe ask for the Zesty and put the Ranch on the side. All in all, the food was not bad. The service is what ruined the experience.

I came into frozen rooster for the first time and was greeted very nicely by the cashiers up front. I got food & dessert and was very satisfied with what I had received. Food cane out very timely & my treats looked very appetizing.

First time visit. The service was friendly and fast. The cashier was very nice. The cashier ensured my order was correct. The restaurant was clean. I would definitely return. I drove over an hour to check this place out. I recommend. I had 3 whole wings combo with honey hot. The bones says a lot.

Hyping up these locals restaurants and lying to people about how good their food is. For starters you are going to wait for more than 30 minutes for whatever you’re ordering. And then the pricing and the food presentation is definitely not worth $25 plus for any combo there is insane. I tried it and I’ll never go back nor will I recommend anyone to spend their hard earned money here. It’s not worth it. Just dip your own home prepared fried fish in buffalo sauce and Walla!!

Saw the restaurant (Hampton, Ga location) online and the rave reviews and my husband and I wanted to give them a try. Placed an online order for delivery. When the order arrived, half of the order was missing. Tried to reach out to the restaurant for about 10 minutes before the call actually connected while my husband tried to reach the delivery service. Neither party would take responsibility for the mishap. We have to travel to the restaurant the retrieve the rest of the order. We hoped as a sign of good will that a least the order could be remade to be fresh – they refused. Horrible service and even more horrible was the food. Would never recommend. A one and done.

Ive been to Frozen Rooster 3 times. Once under the old regime and twice under the new. The last two times the food was somewhat better but still under whelming. The catfish looks bigger on the picture and is highly greasy, the fries are hit or miss. The wings were dry and tasted like the end of the day chicken. The thing that killed my last visit was the fact I ordered online and had the option to add a milkshake with my meal, upon arriving the lady behind the counter told me they took my drink off of my order and gave me the milkshake instead because you can’t have both but I did it on my visit EARLIER THAT WEEK. They need to get some type of order and continuity established between their shifts because there is no reason I should be able to get both one day but the next time get told no. Unfortunately this looks like another fellow black owned business that I won’t be able to support.

We saw a video of this restaurant on TikTok so of course we wanted to try the Hot Honey Fried Fish. We drove from Lawrenceville, which was almost a 90 minute ride but it was worth it. The food was delicious and the service was very friendly and polite. The food was cooked to perfection and the serving sizes were plenty and they are very reasonably priced! We loved it.

First time visiting Frozen Rooster and I’m sooo glad my friend didn’t steer me wrong The staff was super friendly, the decor was really cute, and the vibes were on point.
Now let’s talk about the food I ordered the 6-piece wing combo and EVERYTHING was fresh, hot, and absolutely delicious. Definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to!
