On my recent visit, I ordered a Hot Fudge Sundae. Yes please to whipped cream, no thank you for the cherry.
As it was assembled, the Hot Fudge never touched the ice cream, but rather is it was spooned on top of the whipped cream. I had to eat the Hot Fudge while dissolving the whipped cream, before I even reached the ice cream. This was not a “Sundae” experience. Next time I will be more specific.
Overall: the ice cream is fresh and delicious, the servers are friendly and attentive, offering samples.
Two suggestions:
• Butterscotch topping please! (No, it’s not the same as caramel.)
• homemade whipped cream would elevate this rating to ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We handcraft small batches of ice cream and ices. We use only the highest quality ingredients utilizing real ingredients, natural colors and using a minimum of artificial colors and flavors. Offerings include traditional flavors and some whimsical flavors as well. There are also several dairy free selections to choose from. Our ice cream sandwiches and ice cream cakes are legendary. Such a perfect beach-day ending at Frozen Cow Ice & Cream! We stopped by after a sunny afternoon on the beach and treated ourselves to some seriously good ice cream. I always test a shop by their vanilla bean (a toddler-approved classic!), and this one passed with flying colors – so creamy and full of flavor. We also tried the strawberry and rocky road – both delicious!
Bonus points: I grabbed a cup of coffee and they freshly brewed it for me right then and there. I ended up making myself a little European-style treat by adding a scoop of strawberry ice cream right into it – homemade moment!
The staff was friendly, and even though it was pretty busy, the line moved quickly. Definitely a must-visit if you’re in the area and craving something sweet after the beach.

AMAZING service. This young gentleman named Christian was amazing help to us all. he seemed to have a broken foot but that never stopped him from being an amazing worker. The tall ginger boy was amazing as well. As a parent of a child with special needs, they were patient and let him try many flavors when he couldn’t make up his mind. Will DEFINITELY return.

This is the best ice cream shop on Long Island. Everyone is so friendly and really seems to love working there. Decor is cute and great proximity to the beach. It’s one of those ice cream shops where the ice cream tastes authentic and homemade – they have a small eating area too. Definitely worth a trip!

Amazing ice cream. So many options and flavors. Also they have gluten free ice cream toppings. And they are getting a vegan option as well in the coming weeks. This place has off street parking as well as seating inside. Much better than that other place down the road. And if your walking your puppers they have doggie ice cream too!

Love the options here …tough to choose between this place and the competition but they are both great just different in a good way
This is more of a ice cream shop with lots of different delicious flavors and toppings and just a completely different vibe ….Always a pleasent staff great choices and to me the ice cream is better here then …shhhhhh dont say it’s not necessary, but both of these businesses stand alone in their own way and its hard to choose for me final answer …Frozen cow !!!
