The service was very slow and the food was decent. However it’s the only place I used my card that anyone had access to my card. and within a couple hours someone tried to purchase international minutes using my card. They do walk away with your card so there is genuine concern.

Gone downhill real bad. However, they are having issues with having enough employees, their sign said, though there seemed to be plenty of people working tonight.
Issues were:
They kept waiting on newly arriving people inside and completely ignoring the window. We waited about 20 minutes just to get to the window, the two elderly men in front of us said they’d been waiting 35 mins and hadn’t been acknowledged at all.
Once we finally got our cold order (to-go order, called ahead) we had to call them because we were missing food. They literally argued with me that I needed to bring in the MISSING food for a refund or to have it remade. MISSING FOOD. I’m not sure how that’s possible and couldn’t get the girl on the phone to understand this. She quickly became hateful and rude when I tried to explain for the third time, so I just hung up and decided the lost $15 bucks or so wasn’t worth the hassle. Certainly wasn’t worth wasting the gas since we don’t live in Falls City. The food we did get was all wrong, so this will definitely be our last stop at this place. Too bad. It used to be an amazing place to eat and get malts.
