Very good soft ice cream. Not home-made but still very good. Bake their own big “donkey” cinnamon buns every Sunday.

Today was our first visit and wow, how did we not visit sooner? What is there not to love, they have an extensive menu for Ice Cream and beyond plus lots of seating including a scenic area with benches that give you a view of the water. We will definitely be back

Arrived right at closing and the team was welcoming and extremely helpful. Everyone knows they have the best ice cream but they have best costumer servers hands down 10/10. After spending all day dealing with a family emergency, Frosty Falls is the much needed cherry on top to make terrible day feel much better!

In terms of satisfying any sugary cravings I might ever have, I trust them with my life. The ice cream is good enough to want it during subzero temperatures outside, the portions are large, and the ladies running the place are always so nice.

Such a lovely experience working with Frosty Falls! They created a wonderful ice cream cake for my husband’s first day of work. Incredible job on the decorations for the cake. The customer service was wonderful as well! They walked the cake out to my car when I had my hands full with a toddler. Topped it off with giving him an Easter egg and pencil. Highly recommend!

Staff is so incredibly nice. Can’t beat the atmosphere, it’s much more of an experience to go to frosty falls than anywhere else! (Especially around Spooky season when it’s haunted falls! ) Menu is huge, portions are huge! Perfect for a date or a special little surprise trip with the kids.

As for ice cream, Frosty Falls is comparable to Petrucci’s in KOP. Frosty Falls’ soft serve is slightly of better value than Petrucci’s, but also a tad sweeter.

You will be overwhelmed with the choices at this location. We could see why it is a Philadelphia Magazine winner. They make shakes, cakes and even carry cbd water ice.
