The ice cream is decent and the service is good. The only downfall is they don’t offer a single scoop option for waffle cones. Definitely not a deal breaker, but for someone like me who only likes a little ice cream at a time, it is difficult to finish the entire serving.

If you’re going to have people training, please have someone with them who knows what’s going on. I ordered a double scoop in a bowl, I received two tiny scoops (which was less than what was just put into a child’s cup. Make that make sense.) then ordered a chocolate shake, and received a vanilla shake with the chocolate syrup all around the outside of the cup, with hand prints in it, and was asked “is this okay?” No. It absolutely was not. Until your employees are fully trained, please do not leave them alone on the floor. This experience was absolutely stressful to say the least.

As always the staff are very friendly and they have a good selection. I got coconut ice cream but it was grainy and not the best, I think it may have been a little old. This is the risk you run when you order something more exotic than chocolate chip cookie dough, vanilla, etc. Some flavors just get picked more and so they go through them faster. This is true of any ice cream shop. The prices were ok.

Hate to write this about a Frosty Boy location, however it is 6:38pm, online says they’re open until 9pm and their “open” signs are lit up… and I just left without ever being helped. Not sure if it’s an off day but not a good impression! People walked by me multiple times without ever acknowledging me.
