We just tried these guys for the first time today, after hearing much about them we decided to take on their quesadilla tacos, their version of the crunchwrap, and they’re elote bowl. They all had different names but you get the picture. We are extremely pleased to report that it was all excellent! Pretty rare to get several different things on all of them the excellent, and their green salsa that has been mentioned is quite legendary for a reason, Smokey, tangy, spicy, a tiny hit of sweetness with nice citrusy punch it’s special super special. The steak they had on the tacos was cooked very well, and the crunchwrap was absolutely massive. I know it was a little expensive at $20 for some of their menu items, but it’s worth it They did a great job! I am certain I have not had better tacos in Wasilla. Also the elote bowl was very good, make sure to mix it up really good, but they are doing the whole have fewer menu items but the ones you do have them be excellent thing which I love. Highly recommend!!!

Absolutely unreal tacos. Crispy, cheesy, loaded with flavor. Every bite hits. The carnitas and carne asada are seasoned to perfection. Homemade salsas. And don’t sleep on the beans, they are really good. This place is a must go.

Very authentic- best mexican food I’ve had in down here in the Wasilla/palmer area that wasnt made by family or close friends.

You’d be hard pressed to find better Mexican food anywhere, let alone the state of Alaska. Everything on the menu is incredible. It’s not a large menu but it doesn’t have to be. They do a certain few things and they do them incredibly well. Must try!

Maybe the tacos really are worth all the 5 star reviews, but we got the ($19.50) burritos, and they absolutely were not. They were literally just meat and rice, and then at the end of the burrito, there was a bit of sour cream.
The green salsa that they gave with the burrito was really good though!

It’s drive up food…. But the best you could imagine! So full of flavor and every bite builds on the last. Amazing! Would have added photos if we hadn’t already wolfed it down..

Excellent food. The owner was very nice and answered all my questions with a smile, and she was patient when i couldn’t make up my mind. Surprised, it was not a coffee shop on the side of the Old Trunk Road roundabouts. I couldn’t have been happier because i was hungry very hungry.
I did order my ham and cheese sandwich with a fluffy, soft, and perfectly warmed bread. Amazing! Absolutely wonderful filling and good portion with a great price. I cannot remember the name of the sandwich i bought. But i know it was the only one on the menue. I give that her small local food stand a 10 out of 10.

Delicious food! Everything I’ve tried has been amazing!!! It’s a little spendy, but the food is worth it! I also appreciate that they don’t use styrofoam takeout containers. This is my absolute favorite taco place!
