12/20/25 The best does it again! Sam crushed it as a server. Fast helpful suggestions cheerful and refilled drinks no questions asked suddenly she passed and they were full. Great job! The burrito was well presented and loaded to perfection, mouth wateringly good even as I ate. Fried chicken for soft tacos was scrumptious. Truly a gem heavily recommended.

Overall a good good meal at a reasonable price with great, friendly and fast service. Like any food, personal tastes can vary.
We were immediately greeted by the host and seated and almost immediately provided with fresh chips and salsa. We were even given a refill of chips.
The Marco Polo tacos, with bacon wrapped shrimp were definitely the highlight. As others have said, absolutely delicious. The filling portioning between the two tacos was a little inconsistent, but filling nonetheless less.
The Pollo pablano was delicious as well. A little on the sweeter side compared to other places and a little heavier on the sauce. Not a complaint so much as something to be aware of, as I might ask to go lighter on the sauce but others will enjoy. The rice and refried beans were tasty as well.
The kids burger and fries are delicious as well. The one thing to be aware of is the burger is charbroil. Kids being picky, some will like and others won’t. Not a problem but just something to be aware of when choosing what to order.
Throughout the meal the staff was friendly, observant and not intrusive. A wonderful experience over all.

I’ve never had any issues with the food or drinks, and I really enjoy going to this restaurant. Although I haven’t been back since the last time I noticed what I’m about to mention, it’s not due to a bad experience, but simply because of lack of time.
After talking with a friend, we realized that we both noticed something similar. The bartender is often inattentive to customers. We’ve seen him sitting at a corner table on his phone, stepping away for several minutes when we need something, or looking at his phone while customers are waiting. At times, he’s also on phone calls with headphones on.
We’ve also noticed that the other two bartenders frequently use their phones when we visit, sometimes watching things on their phones with the volume up, as if there were no customers present. That can feel a bit uncomfortable.
As I mentioned, I don’t want to give a bad impression or criticize unfairly. We’ve never had any problems with the food or drinks. I’m only sharing this feedback in hopes of helping improve customer service.

Always a great place. We frequent both their Manchester CT and Chicopee MA locations.
We were at the Chicopee MA location on this occasion for our monthly meet up; party of 12. We are a crazy bunch too!!! They crushed the food as always!!! The service was great and our waiter was the best! Hope to catch him at a Yard Goats game next season.
Oh yeah and the Mariachi was a great treat, super on point.

As I always say when I give five stars, I don’t give it out easy but frontera never disappoints.
Complimentary Chips and salsa I’m guessing are home made and are very good, I got the two item combo that was very reasonable priced at 14.99$ish and was more than enough food. They have good options for the kids, American style food if your kids aren’t big Mexican food fans. The service is incredible, there’s always someone coming by to see if we need anything. I really can’t say enough good thing. Other restaurants take note!

Overall great Mexican restaurant! The chips and salsa were mediocre in my opinion (salsa tasted like tomato sauce). You can ask for hot sauce on the side which helps. However, the chicken fajitas were phenomenal!! Would definitely come back again just for that. Excellent service and atmosphere/decor.
