Front Porch is one of those spots that instantly feels like home. The moment you walk in, you’re greeted with genuine Southern warmth and a cozy, welcoming vibe. The food delivers exactly what you hope for — comforting, flavorful, and clearly made with care.

I ordered the chicken bacon ranch taco, and I’ll be honest — I was a little hesitant at first. But it ended up being one of the best tacos I’ve ever eaten. The chicken was juicy, the bacon added the perfect crisp, and the ranch tied everything together beautifully. The rice and beans were soft, seasoned well, and cooked perfectly, which made the whole plate feel complete. I do wish the portion size was a little bigger — everything tasted so good that I was left wanting just a bit more.

I paired it with the Berry Blast Lemonade, which was bright, refreshing, and the perfect balance to the savory taco. A combo I’d absolutely get again.

The only tiny downside was the wait — they told us 10–15 minutes, but it ended up being closer to 30. Not a deal‑breaker, just enough time for me to get a little too excited about my food.

The staff is friendly, attentive, and makes you feel like a regular even on your first visit. Whether you’re stopping by after exploring Stone Mountain or just craving a good, hearty meal, this place delivers. Great food, great service, great atmosphere — a true local gem. I’ll definitely be back!

The atmosphere and set up in Stone Mountain close to other things to walk to and outside dining is great.

Food wasn’t up to the quality I expected from reviews. Oxtails taco was GOOD but price compared to portions is debatable. Elote was created on the spot with canned corn and toppings definitely not worth it. If it was rated just on elote and sides I’d give the place a 3 but the service was great.

Reviews said beans are spicy with lots of flavor, it comes with standard “chipotle set up” rice and beans nothing special. Rice was dried out and crunchy clumps.

Brisket nachos were decent, lots of pickled red onions and generic yellow cheese took over the palate. Movie nachos with fresh ingredients and well cooked brisket on top.

Would come back to try other options. It may have just been a slow day ‍♀️

The owner was so friendly and gracious. He had great pride in the pickled onions. I was reluctant, but absolutely very pleasantly impressed! The dishes were a combination of Mexican and Jamaican. The cuisines paired well. The desserts were superb. I had the Biscoff cake. The restaurant was a little busy with pick up and carry out orders. We sat and talked and enjoyed the environment.

The tacos were outstanding! I have birria and oxtail tacos and they were fresh and hot. Each bite of the tacos gave way to very tender, juicy and flavorful meat. I didn’t even need to dip them in the sauce! Customer service was excellent and the restaurant was very clean.

Friendly service. Portion size good for the price, and it was super fresh! The spicy beans were the perfect amount of spicy and the birria tacos were to die for. We ate inside and the only thing I might suggest is more indoor seating and music to fit the vibe. Will definitely be back!

Tacos are amazing! Wait time was totally fine, less than 10 mins.

Staff (cashier/food runner) seemed like she hates her job. Had she been pleasant, smiled, or something I would have given 5-stars.

Guy in the back was appreciative of my comments about the delicious tacos!

I will drive out of my way to have Tacos and beer here again!

We stumbled upon this little gem and we’re so glad we did. The service was absolutely outstanding and the food was even better. I had the Beef Elote tacos and the Jerk chicken tacos and they were so flavorful and so juicy. The flavors jumped off the plate and were a delight to the palate. 10/10 if not more in my book. Kid approved as well.

Ricky is so personable and accommodating. The food is interesting and so tasty and fresh! The pan fried tortillas are perfectly crispy with a surprisingly wonderful flavor! Who knew pickled onions would be so delicious in eloté corn!? We would definitely recommend this little hidden gem!
