We finally got around to trying our local Froggers location. Service was friendly. Restaurant seemed fun. We ordered the Nacho Frog Grande and a drink. Got wrong drink. Then the nachos in the picture showed up. Missing chili & cheese. Idk. We didn’t feel brave enough to continue so we left.

We eat here often, the servers are always wonderful. Always order the Buffalo chicken nachos and don’t mind paying extra for qeuso.. this time I was so disappointed got maybe a handful of chips we had no chips to eat the toppings with. CHIPS are the cheapest thing ever why.. when we said something the girls was sweet and said she would tell the manager. Did the manager come out and say anything nope, not asking for money back or anything but consistency is key and apology or explanation would have been nice. Not sure we will be going back

Whitney is absolutely amazing. She always is so sweet and smiling. And always makes sure she say hi and is welcoming. I have never had service like what she does. She even came out to say hi and meet my dog Jackson. I am always so happy to see her. Thank you Froggers for having her here as the best bartender!!! We keep coming back a couple of times a week just for her.

I love wings, I was introduced to this place by my daughter and I really liked it. The wings are juicy and cooked just right. Only bad part is that the wings are kind of small, but the taste makes up for it. Their happy hour is bottom shelf, so I only have one drink or drink water.

If you’re from out of state do not come here. They refuse out of state ID’s regardless of legitimacy. Specifically the redheaded/ ginger manager likes to be on a power trip. Just an awful person.
Additionally, service is slow. Expect to wait up to 45 minutes before being served an appetizer/ entree and up to 20 minutes for drinks. This is what to expect when they are not crowded, and there arent many days that it’s packed.
The chicken sandwich is somehow both dry and not crispy, they have perfected mediocrity. Do not order the nachos, they are very dissapointing. Though I will say I love their shrmp tacos to death, those outperform other local seafood restaurants and kept me coming back for a long time. The wings are ok and burgers are good.
Unfortunately, after years of coming to this bar for football, darts, and the occasional deals, we will not be returning.
Poor management has soured any redeeming qualitites. After getting drinks here on a previous night with my roommate, the following week we were berated by the ginger manager telling us my roommates ID was fake. This is a new experience and we were told he had been given new training. However, that might point to why there is no youthful crowd at the bar unless they are with family.
As it stands, froggers is an empty bar most days out of the week, lacking a youthful crowd, with a loyal local following that will hopefully vanish if management continues this trend.
I look forward to froggers being replaced with better management or a new local bar that learns you can actually scan ID’s.

Worse froggers to go to in central florida. Sat down for 20 minutes with my wife and daughter and there was no staff by the front where they usually greet people, no staff at all in sight. We sat as the policy is to take a seat when it isn’t busy. We sat and waited and waited as we watched a frustrated dad trying to pay for his food and no one to attend to him, even the bar was unattended. After a while I saw one waitress come out, give her clients their food and sprint back to the kitchen to never return, I never saw anybody else besides the bartender who came out from the back after a while, I love froggers but this one needs new management running it or the management at this frogger needs to get serious about this place or else they are gonna run their own business to the ground.

Food was great! I got the big pretzel thing and the frogger burger with the egg on it. Service was meh- she minimally did her job… we sat ourselves then waited a bit. Then we ordered our food and barely saw her maybe once or twice more. Having to wait a decent moment to ask for a drink refill. Then we played pool because she seemingly never returned and we just wanted to pay but she came back about 30 minutes til close to let us know her boss was letting her off early … and were like thats fine were just trying to pay ♀️ weve been waiting on you… atmosphere was a shrug, it was very dead on this weekday night, which worked out great for us wanting to play pool but seemingly effected our service and the music coming from the kitchen was louder than the music on the floor- but also better for our preferences so we didnt mind

I visited this place at 3 pm this past Wednesday. No one in the restaurant except 11 people at the bar. Seat yourself so I sat in a booth. After 13
Minutes without noticed from the staff I was getting up to leave when a waitress came over. I ordered a steak salad with honey mustard on the side with unsweetened tea.
I received the salad fairly quickly and tea. The salad had blue cheese dressing and the iced tea was sweet tea. The music was extremely loud so a working lunch was not possible.
I don’t recommend this place. I can only imagine the poor service if they were busy.
