Froggers Grill & Bar is hands down my favorite neighborhood spot.
I live close by, but even if I didn’t, I’d still make the drive. The vibe is always on point and the staff? Solid. Everyone there is pretty dope — but Kimmy? That’s my girl. Every time I walk in and she’s working, I already know it’s going to be a good time. And shoutout to Jane, who started bartending this past year — I don’t get to see her as often anymore, so when I do, it’s always love.
Now let’s talk food: the pizza and wings combo is undefeated. You truly cannot go wrong. They have the best wings — and I’m serious about that — and the house blue cheese? Elite. It doesn’t compare to anywhere else, no matter who tries.
I’ve gone there with family, with the girls, with the homies… and sometimes I pull up solo and sit at the bar. Somehow I always end up in great conversations with friendly strangers. And when I want peace, I sit at the little bar by the pool tables overlooking the lake, mind my business, and just rest.
It’s one of those rare places that can be whatever you need it to be — fun, social, or low-key and relaxing.
That’s why it’s my spot.

My first time there. I had 10 piece wings , half honey hot garlic and buffalo. And 2 blue long islands. Everything was great! I definitely could have heard better music but as long as the food was bussin , I was good!

I normally wouldn’t post a review about something like this, but I figured it was the only way to give feedback that would be noticed. I have been a customer of froggers for over 3 years, and I’m a frequent user of doordash and Uber eats (with this restaurant). I’ve always gotten the boneless wings with the froggy fries, and they are normally very good. They used to be very generous with the sauces and the portion sizes. As well as the pricing at the time, I was a very satisfied customer. Unfortunately they have raised the prices, which I understand is happening everywhere and I would be more than happy to pay. However, I feel that while we are paying more we are getting less than what we used to. They no longer have the option of getting two sauces with your boneless wings, and they barely give you any sauce on the wings that you actually order. I find that they took away this option not too long ago from both doordash and Uber eats, and while it’s not a big deal, It’s the little things that justify paying almost $20 for 10 wings and fries. While I have been a loyal customer, I can’t agree to pay more and receiving less. Hopefully this feedback is noted, and then make some changes in the future. Until then I cannot justify patronizing this business in the future. Thank you!

Not a bad chill spot, it seems like it’s trying to be a bar first that is also a massive restaurant!!.. being from the Midwest this is the first spot I’ve ever encountered pierogies on the menu, it was also happy hour so they were half off, they were amazing by the way

I have been a patron of Froggers Grill and Bar for well over 15 years, and I wanted to take a moment to personally thank Mike Ellis and the entire management team at Froggers Altamonte for an outstanding experience.
On somewhat short notice, I gave Mike a call because I had 40 of our company’s dealers in town from all over the country and needed a place to host a happy hour to treat them to drinks and food. Froggers immediately came to mind, and Mike and his team did not disappoint. Everything was set up seamlessly from allowing us to use drink tickets to the timing of the food service.
Chris, the manager on duty, along with Kim and Jill, our servers, did a phenomenal job taking care of such a large group. Jess behind the bar was a key factor in making sure everyone received their drinks on time and made the ticket exchange process completely seamless.
The food came out hot and right on time, the wings were a huge hit, and all of the appetizers were fantastic. Our dealers truly enjoyed the Froggers atmosphere, and it made for a great evening after a long day.
I typically frequent the Mount Dora location, but since the Altamonte Springs location was close to my office, we decided to host the event there , and what a great decision it was. I can’t thank the staff enough for making the night a success.
Owner George is fantastic, and all of the Froggers associates continue to go above and beyond every time I visit.
I would strongly suggest that anyone looking for a great spot to host a party or event consider Froggers. Their pricing is very reasonable, the drinks are great, the food is excellent, and the atmosphere is second to none.

Cheesesteak and onion petals were fantastic. Wife’s fish came out undercooked, but they were quick to cook another that she found quite good. Service was outstanding even when the place became packed. Atmosphere was really good and hands down better than other big name sports bars. This will be on our definite return list.

Unfortunately we had one of the worst experiences ever at froggers .
We decided to dine in at froggers and watch the Super Bowl . We were seated with two other gentlemen our waiter was Ryan tall dude with short hair closer to his neck . He approaches us to take our order I asked for an alcoholic beverage my friend did also (who is a daily basis customer ) who on daily basis he gets id and has been showing them the same id for the past months . Never been rejected all of the sudden his id gets rejected yesterday . Regardless Ryan knowing i didn’t have my id on me he decided to proceed with the order and he says “it’s okay i got you “ honestly if the ID was an issue I could’ve been given other choices such as none alcoholic beverage would’ve been fine not a big deal . I proceeded on telling him i totally understood and a Diet Coke was fine . He left for another 10min came back with our menus yet not our drinks . 10 more minutes passed and we tried to get his attention. And he kept avoiding us we made eye contact numerous times . It’s now been 30 min no drinks , no one has taken our order . At that point I get up walk towards him and ask in regards our beverages he gave me his back as he was walking Towards his boss then ask about our drinks and his response was “honey you don’t even have an ID” never knew I had to be ID for a Diet Coke and have in mind he still “okay” my friends id so where is his drink also ??? Im getting pissed off at this point trying to still stay calm . Boss short guy bald with a patch on his head approaches our table looks at my friend’s id the same id he has been showing for the past months and denies it toss it back to him disrespectfully and says he doesn’t accepts that type of Id . Understandable but do you also require id to take our food ? Poorly choices were made . Very unprofessional.

Grilled wings were some of the best wings we’ve had in a while. We prefer smaller crispier wings versus larger wings that make you feel like you’re eating regular fried Chicken. The garlic blue cheese is off the charts! Our issue and why we don’t return often is the open environment and people smoking on the one side of the bar. I understand why some love the open concept, but for those with allergies, asthma, and other sensitivities, it’s quite troublesome. With today’s laws with smoking around buildings, I truly wonder how they get past it. I’m not looking to upset the applecart, but please understand why we don’t visit frequently.

We went for an early dinner. We ordered drinks and appetizers. For appetizers we ordered the Bavarian pretzels with queso and bacon and cheese skins. The queso was jazzed up in house and it was delicious! Cheesy with a tad bit of heat! The bacon and cheese skins are half potato skins filled with cheddar jack cheese, bacon, green onions, and a small cup of sour cream. Both appetizers were solid choices! For our entree we ordered the filet tips with steamed vegetables and onion tanglers. This dish consist of nicely seasoned filet tips, grilled onions, cooked mix veggies, and creamy garlic sauce. The tanglers are thinly sliced onions cooked to crispy perfection served with a dipping sauce. It was a good experience and the only problem we had didn’t have anything to do with the restaurant. Just a recommendation, if you’re planning on eating a meal, dont sit at the high tops near the pool tables.
