Absolutely delicious! Great vibes and nice place. It’s definitely crowded near lunchtime. My favorite I had so far is their chicken strips and Belgian waffle and their shrimp and grits–melts completely in my mouth. I would totally go there again❤️ ️

This was a fantastic spot. We went for dinner but I would highly recommend as a brunch spot. They had a good beer menu. Server was fantastic. Very friendly and loved talking about the food and giving recommendations.
During happy hour appetizers are half price. We went with the honey biscuits (which were incredibly delicious), and the gravy fries.
The salmon was cooked perfect.

I can’t believe it took me this long to finally try this amazing place. I got the Gouda grits bowl with bacon and scrambled egg, and my mom got the breakfast platter. Both were phenomenal. Our server Emily was a gem, and when I asked if they could turn the music down a little, because I didn’t feel like it needed to be so loud that we had to raise our voices to talk to each other in a place like that, she cheerfully did so. I also felt like we got a lot of food for the money, compared to restaurant prices in general. I think the grits bacon and egg bowl was only $10 and I couldn’t finish it in a single go.

Stopped here on a whim with my wife for our little breakfast together getaway. The food was all delicious, well seasoned and a wide variety for “regular” diners, to vegans, to those wanting something lighter. Dee was our waitress, and she was on it, very attentive and provided customer service the area is lacking. We were impressed and thankful for sure. Service was fast and friendly, and recommendations exceeded expectations. I had the Chicken and Waffles, which was lightly battered fried chicken strips and an airy Belgian Waffle! I also got the side French Toast, which my wife wanted with her breakfast and it was just right. She ordered the breakfast plate and a cinnamon roll with candied bacon on top.
This is a laid back place as far as ambiance, come as you are from tshirts to polos to suits to scrubs.
Overall a great dining experience. Our server Dee was wonderful again…kudos!

This was a highly recommended restaurant of family members. While visiting the area I went. Excellent customer service upon entry. Rhonda provided good service and was very prompt to correct the errors with our order.
I am still very big on hygiene and sanitation. I love that they wipe their menus. The chicken sandwiches are massive in size. The biggest con is charging for condiments…(a dollar for the sauces…it’s about principles and not price).
Reservations are recommended even though we didn’t have an extreme wait for a table on Sunday brunch.

Went with a group for dinner. Had a reservation, but it wasn’t busy. Appetizers and drinks came out right away but it took a very long time to get our main dishes. All were delicious. We had fried mac and cheese bites, their biscuits, and deviled eggs as starters. All very tasty. My main was the chicken biscuit with sausage gravy and it was everything I wanted it to be. Our server was very kind and attentive.

First time at Frog & the Hen. It’s was really good. It wasn’t too full the waitor, Nick was polite and quick to meet our needs. I got the breakfast platter. Soooo good, but I couldn’t finish. Haven’t had a bad experience here yet. The menu looks scaled down but has a lot of options. I chose the chicken and waffles wife had the Good Morning sandwich. We both had a Lavender Haze and shared the Cheese Fries and Gravy as a starter and had the Cinnamon Roll bread pudding for dessert.
The food as always never disappoints. The chicken was hot, crispy and juicy. The waffle was a touch on the cool side. The drinks were just strong enough for a brunch. The gravy fries were delicious. Will definitely be back.

Ty Frog & Hen for a great brunch experience while passing through Augusta. Angel, our server was amazing and contributed to a great customer experience for us. We ordered wings, the fries and gravy appetizer and the good morning chicken sandwich. That chicken sandwich was the highlight. It was cooked to perfection. It was juicy, flavorful and fried just right. Price with drink for the meal came to around 47.00 plus tax. Parking was plentiful and free.
