Great bourbon, good-quality cocktails, and plenty of space to sit. I spent a few amazing hours there quietly enjoying my bourbon.

Awesome place, with great bartenders, and friendly locals. The patio put it at the top of my list for next time I’m in town.

Got here too late for food, if they have any. so I can’t comment about it but this is THE dive bar for the area in my opinion amazing atmosphere live music and good service. The back patio is a good area to relax and have a drink or smoke. 10/10 will be here again.

I stood up on the side of a bench for maybe 30 seconds to look for my friends and instead of someone asking me to get down they threw ice at my face and then when I asked them politely to please ask me to get down instead of throwing things at me they told me that I deserve to get things thrown in my face and refused to even give a half apology. I take responsibility for standing up on the bench when I wasn’t supposed to, but please instead of throwing things, can we use our words and ask me civilly to get off a bench? I have no problem with taking responsibility of something that I’ve done wrong in a public space but don’t throw things at my face as a first line of action. We are all adults and we can use our words so everything gets resolved smoothly and we can continue our nights unbothered. Don’t go to this bar unless you want to be disrespected by the staff!

There is no “English beers on tap” anymore, only Guinness. What kind of place calls themselves a pub and they don’t serve British beers on tap? It’s not a pub anymore, that pub sign outside should be taken down but also the beers they sell are all local and they charge more for local beers than imports, why? It’s not imported 5000 miles away but yet the prices they’re charging is ridiculous (beer here is outrageously expensive) and it’s not British. When Frog & Peach first opened in 1994 it was almost all British beers on tap including pub food but today they completely thrashed the original owners vision of what they stood for, being British, they’re not British because British means serving British products, British services, British tradition like pints are 20oz not 16oz, pouring beer to the rim not below the rim etc examples. Personally this place needs new owners to bring back something of it’s past, more British beers on tab, British service, British signs, British props, also the original product night $1.00 a glass (that’s long gone too) etc but no, they’re not interested and thats too bad because they’ve lost a lot of loyal customers because these current owners are on a entirely different page than the loyal people including the original owners from 1994 and it’s a darn shame

We had an outstanding experience! Eva was our bartender for the evening, and her drink recommendations were spot-on, especially since I’m not very familiar with cocktails. She truly enhanced our night and made our Tuesday something special. Service was incredibly fast, and Eva checked in on us multiple times to ensure we were enjoying our drinks. 10/10, 5 stars—I will definitely be returning!

Note to self don’t ask for a Pilsner Urquell here (although it’s on the shade outside), the pretentious manager who doesn’t know beer will look at you and make you feel dumb.
Terrible atmosphere, ok beer selection.
