Sushi 469 was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The service staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and quick to make sure everything we needed was taken care of. You can really tell they care about their customers. The food was excellent—fresh, flavorful, and well presented, with every bite tasting high quality and thoughtfully prepared. Everything we ordered came out quickly and tasted amazing. The only minor issue was that the tea was a little weak for my taste, but that’s a very small detail compared to how great everything else was. Overall, Sushi 469 delivered great service, great food, and a welcoming atmosphere. I’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality sushi.

I was told their special. I ordered their fatty toro and got two orders which is 4 nigiris total. Each order was 19.99 a pop making it 39.98 for the 4. The fatty Toro was old and oxidized. The volcano roll had scallops, the scallops was old with a very fishy taste and smell. I did make a complaint, and she wanted to change out the roll and talked about they been around for 10 years. It’s always fresh…. but I just wanted fresh scallops on my volcano roll, basically a remake. End of the meal we left half the sushi since we didn’t like it. My wife and I had diarrhea literally right after 15-30 minutes consuming the food there. We try to visit every mom and pop but this one just wasn’t it. The sushi rolls would have been great as long its fresh.

Evelyn is the best!! She is so sweet,nice and fun. I always order 2 of the salmon skin rolls so I can have left overs the next day- they are truly my favorite from any sushi restaurant I’ve been in!! The vibe of the place is very warm and inviting. I love the murals they have!

We have been looking for a new Sushi restaurant since our old favorite place closed in Plano unexpectedly. We have been trying alot of different places lately.
My wife tried this one first and then brought me in for a second opinion I have to say their food here is really delicious. Also the service was great and very attentive. Everyone of the staff was very friendly and inviting. Service was polite, fast and efficient. Everything we sampled was perfectly made and very fresh tasting. My only retraction would be their is no actual list of Beers or wines on the menu and it also appears to be sort of if ya know then ya know thing since their are no taps or bottles in view of the seating area for patrons. In fact we assumed there was none since only soft drinks and teas are on the actual menu. Our Hostess did not mention that they had beer either and I would not have know at all except I overheard a gentleman at the next table order a Sapporo (which I usually order with my Sushi) and would have been nice to have if we knew it was available. The restaurant itself is very clean and orderly and the hand painted art on the wall is spectacular. But they are in a really small suite and are very cramped for space. I would love to see what they could do with this restaurant if they where housed in a adequately sized building. Overall if you are out for a quick bite of some delicious freshmade Sushi and your in the area I’d say give them a try.

Been coming here the past 3 years and will continue coming here as long as I live in Texas. Nina & Brandon (Owners) are the best people— so kind, gracious & humorous.
My favorite dish on the entire menu is the Amai Ebi, I always order two orders worth!
Also the Salmon Sashimi is my go to— fresh , buttery and oh so tender!

Few days ago, we have gotten their menu from the mail. So, my wife and I decided to go try it today. Gotta say, so glad we went. We had a such amazing experience. The staff were friendly and the food was very well displayed and delicious. The sashimi was very fresh, and the best part of it was, it comes with fresh wasabi. I have only had these kind of wasabi from high end fancy Japanese restaurant like Nobu, not expecting a hole in the wall sushi place like this to have it. Very impressed. Highly recommended to everyone, and definitely going back there again.
