Me and my boyfriend went there today and we ordered our drinks and as we ordered our drinks instead of standing there and waiting until we were done ordering them the waitress was walking away. I tried telling her I want an ice with my orange juice but she had already walked away. When she came back with our drinks I tried to tell her that I wanted ice but she walked away again. I requested cheese on my eggs. Our food came and she never told them I wanted cheese on it. Very horrible customer service. I noticed she didn’t even act the way she did with us with other customers she would stand there talking with them and never walked away and she didn’t even ask us if we wanted refills until we were basically ready to leave. I wouldn’t recommend going there at all during the mornings because they’re nothing but rude people. Me and my boyfriend are not going back there in the mornings

This experience could have been better. My wife liked her breakfast sandwich with potatoes. However my pancakes were tasteless and the sausage patties were overcooked. We had to actually go find a waitress to bring more coffee. They didn’t seem to offer the options that other restaurants do with coffee . And in a town that is famous for Heinz, they serve Brickman’s ketchup. Paying more attention to customers would help. The manager said they were short people todayn but i saw they were on the phone and talking rather than watching. Tips are for good service. I would suggest the owner pay more attention to what he/she’s doing with these people to make this a better restaurant.

My brother and I had breakfast there today. The food was great! The server was very nice, pleasant and efficient! Would go back again. The place was very busy but the servers were so efficient and friendly! I hope they got good tips!

Just about everytime I come here I usually get the same thing, a Super Big Boy. Hard to beat. Not saying that they don’t have other good food.
The times I’ve been here it’s always been neat and clean and the service has been top notch.
For a fast food restaurant the food has always been consistently hot, fresh and well prepared. What more could you ask for.

We both had the cod dinner, the fish was very strong and it was also fried way too hard, we couldn’t even eat it. It also took almost 15 minutes to get salad dressing for my salad. When asked by the server and then the cashier how our meal was, I told them both and the only reply was; “oh, sorry”……A complete waste of $40!! What a disappointment!
