Unfortunately, the service didn’t quite match the food. Several items were forgotten, and by the time our full order finally made it to the table, the initial plates had already started to cool. We also had to ask for refills on lettuce and soup at the bar as it was nearly empty. I truly love this brand and hope they can work out the service kinks, because I’d hate to miss out on my Big Boy fix the next time we’re in town.”Coming from Phoenix, a stop at Frisch’s is a mandatory tradition for us every few years. I was saddened to hear about the recent closures, so we made sure to stop in during this trip. The Super Big Boy platter was exactly as I remembered—that tartar sauce is still truly special!

This location has made a complete 180° and is back on the path of excellence! The changes began a few months back, but, just as I had waited to give a bad review, I waited to make certain it wasn’t a one or two-time thing. The food is once again prepared perfectly with a pleasing presentation. Onion rings are now thick and full, with a flakey, golden brown breading. The super big boys are once again worthy of their capes, with juicy patties bigger than the buns. It is truly wonderful to see this store back on the right track!
******END OF UPDATE*******
This used to be a really good location, but their quality has taken a dive into the dumpster over the past 4 months. The presentation is nonexistent and the taste is, frankly, disgusting. The burgers used to be wonderfully juicy and flavorful, but now they are hard, often burnt, and never made correctly. I honestly don’t think the fryer grease has been changed in the past 4 months, either. Where once there were flaky golden rings, now exists only greasy strands of burnt breading nearly nonexistent onions. I kept coming back, hoping it was just my bad luck, but after 4 months of the same sickening slop, I am forced to face the fact that my Frisch’s is finally fubar.
