This place deserves 10 stars if there was an option. It’s located right inside of the PNC Tower in Troy, so it’s main customer base is people who work inside of the building. Even if you don’t work in the building, I highly recommend still coming here to eat.
I’ve been going here for 4 straight years now and I have nothing but positive things to say about the food, cleanliness, and customer service. Dolita, the owner, is incredible. She gets to know you well and will remember your orders and make sure they are spot on, every time.

Really good food. The food is always fresh; the hot meals are hot, and the cold meals are cold. The owner remembers the names of the regulars and she likes to joke around. She takes pride in her cafe and makes sure that her customers are taken care of. There isn’t one meal that I had that I didn’t love. If you work in the building and haven’t tried one of her daily specials, you should. I’ve never once experienced my food tasting bad, found a hair, or my chicken not fully cooked. Her cafe is always clean. I eat here about every other day during the work week.

Incredible! Our office is in the PNC building with Friends Café and let me tell you…. we could not be happier!!! We all eat there as much as possible and recommend to all of our clients. Placed an order online and the website was having an issue which I did not realize until I showed up to pick up my lunch. They were super friendly and (apologetic – which was not necessary) and made my food super fast. Loved the customer service in making it right and being so so friendly. Food is really good too, but the service will make me come back again and again!
