Me and my family had went there a few nights ago. I ordered the legendary honey BBQ supermelt with a side of rice and the waitress was very nice and friendly (no pun intended). When my food came out to me this was what I was given. I was very upset and surprised considering they were very considerate when we came in. Long story short, we will not be dining here again.

It’s hard to find a good Friendly’s these days. This place is welcoming, warm, friendly, and the absolute best place I’ve been to in a several months.
Our server was Michelle. She was absolutely amazing. On top of my order and my needs. She was funny and made me feel like I was welcome. Even asked me to come back next weekend.
Now, normally I’d say it’s just a one off. However, I watched 2 other servers, 1 who’s name was Jacob, so a fantastic job of taking care of their tables.
I spoke to the manager, Rich, before leaving to tell him to keep up the great work.
There is passion here that is sadly missed in many restaurants today. Go and dine here. You won’t be disappointed!

The location is always clean.
The service is always quick, with polite and friendly staff.
They have never been out of something that was on the menu.
They serve breakfast daily until 11:30 am meaning your order must be in the kitchen by that time to receive breakfast.

Came here tonight for dinner as we haven’t been to a friendlys in years since they closed down around us. Our server Spencer was absolutely fantastic! We have not had service this attentive in so long. The food was on point and amazing the ice cream always so good. Thank you Spencer for a great experience will absolutely be back!!!!

The food was good, a little pricey, but the male manager there is very rude!! He told us we could sit at a table, but if a bigger party came in we would need to pick all if our food up and move. There were lots of open tables. We almost walked out!! Very, very rude to say to somebody who needed more space to accommodate the baby
