Well, This did it for me.
Classic normal menu, classic normal service. Everything you would expect at a Friendly’s. And that’s key on what I base my reviews on: expectations and reality.
There was something I really didn’t like though. The salt and pepper shaker were ugly and red (see attached photo). I didn’t like looking at them and it didn’t ruin my experience but it was a hindrance.
On the other side of things, the Fribble was Fribbletastic. Like what even is a fribble. Super weird. But that thing was good. I even told the waiter that it was fribbletastic and he agreed.
Good stuff all around!

We haven’t been to friendlys in forever but we had our grand daughter for the day and decided it was the perfect place to take her. While our old favorites were no longer on the menu, the food was good and as usual the ice cream the perfect way to end our meal. Our waiter was friendly and attentive. The food was quick to arrive which is important when you have a hungry kid waiting. We will definitely be back again soon.

I had a great waiter. My wife and I wanted to order Ice Cream at the take out area after we dined in. The lady taking our order made us feel like we were inconveniencing her ordering dessert. As my wife starts saying her order, the employee interrupted her to belittle my wife. We decided to not get dessert. Otherwise, great service.

Very friendly staff, manager is out and helping staff when they are busy, food is great especially the Senior Burgers which come with a drink and ice cream. This is wonderful when you get a complete meal and all inclusive. I wish you were still open for breakfast and enjoy lunch or dinner!!!! I try enjoy my conversation with the staff and when busy know my place!!!! I’ve also been there when others expect the Ruth Chris Steak House experience!!! They can be very disruptive and disrespectful as I’ve seen and watched it!!!! Manager and staff work too hard for this and the ones behind the scenes!!!

Came in today just me, my boyfriend and my 1 year old son. We were told since there was only one waitress that there’d be a wait which was fine. Ended up waiting 10 mins to be seated. The manager came and took our order but walked off before I could tell her my son’s drink order and that we needed a kids menu. She came back, gave us our drinks and rushed off again even when I said “wait wait”. The waitress came and got us his apple juice and menu. Then we waited 30 minutes for our food.
The issue here was not the waitress but the manager and how slow the kitchen was. Two tables who came in after us got their food before ours. Proper restaurant etiquette would be to serve the restless child first, especially considering he got a Macaroni that was clearly just microwaved Kraft and two too salty mini hot dogs.
I get that they have a lot to deal with but your problems won’t be solved by giving half-assed service. We won’t be returning.

This friendlys location is great! Fast and friendly service. I have been there tons and I have two servers that I see consistently. Makayla and Kylie, both of them are lovely and kind. Food is always spot on and exactly what we ordered. My little ones favorite stop for a treat!

My food experience was amazing. The servers are amazing and the food was delicious. Our server Makayla was fabulous, kind and so friendly 😉 I know others who have been and they have had the same experience! Will be coming back till I die!
