Me and my husband went here for the first time. It was not busy at all. There was 2 other tables with customers. Employees just sitting at tables chatting. Me and my husband started out with drinks and an appetizer. We got the onion rings and everything was fine until we were pulling them apart to find out there was onions coated in so much raw flour. We did not eat them. That is dangerous. When the waiter took the plate away she saw it and didn’t say anything to us and I did not want to say anything. I wanted to get our dinner and check it out. Our dinner was okay, I got the BBQ burger and my husband got the patty melt. Food reminds me of fast food. We will not be going back there.
Love how the “owner” replies and tells me to reach out with an email and so I did. Did I get a response? Nope! What a joke. We will not be going back to that fast food place.

Do not eat here! So dirty! Menus are absolutely disgusting, there is an actual foul odor coming off of them! Everything in this restaurant is sticky and covered in a film that has never been cleaned. I can not imagine how dirty the kitchen is! Run! So many better options within feet of this gross place!

I’ve never left a review before, and it’s a shame that my first one is a negative one, but I feel like this is needed. I came in to pick up a DoorDash order maybe 20 minutes before close. Didn’t even spend a minute in there. This young girl with red hair was kneeling when, organizing a shelf when I walked in. She saw me and immediately rolled her eyes. And I can understand that, since I had just got off of work at a restaurant myself, but I had expected the attitude to be gone once I said I was there for DoorDash. She then proceeded to huff and puff while looking for my order, and when I thanked her, she halfheartedly said “Yea”. I’ve never had a problem like this at one of your establishments, and I don’t believe I did anything to warrant such an attitude. Please do something about this.

Nice place and location! We stopped here to get ice cream, and it was very good. The location was nice, the service was friendly, and the ice cream was quality and delicious like usual. No complaints. Definitely recommend this location based on this experience.

My friend and I had lunch at this location on Friday. Our waiter, Xavier, was a pleasant surprise. He was courteous, attentive and accommodating. He paid attention to our request for “ no salt added” to our order. I’d like to see Xavier rewarded in some way.

My 5 yr old granddaughter requested ice cream at Friendly’s. She was very happy when our waiter, Xavier quickly brought her food followed by our ice cream. Restaurant was clean. Server was prompt & courteous. Food was fresh. Ice cream was yummy. Worth the trip!

I feel terrible I didn’t get the waitress’ name. She was sweet with my boys and apologetic over small things. Orders were put in promptly, empty plates taken away without getting over crowded at the table. She did everything she could to accommodate as we needed. The food was standard, not terrible, or bad. They have a promotion where as long as there is one paying adult, kids meals address half price. I can’t complain about the food when three of us ate for less than $20.

This place deserves 5 stars 100%. our waiter was amazing, super attentive and kind, and every single part of our meal was delicious and fresh. Seriously considering making the 20 minute drive more often just for this Friendly’s!

It’s been awhile since I’ve been here. I used to take my son quite often, it was a great mommy son date night. But they had stopped selling pepper.jack cheese and changed the fries, so we sadly stopped going for quite some time. We went today because the other place we wanted was packed and we were starving. So very glad we went! The food was amazing!! The fries are back and so is the pepper jack cheese lol The waitress was outstanding, super sweet and helpful. Dessert as usual was AMAZING. Friendlys always has the best ice.cream!
