Came with a party of 10 and only got seated after suggesting to push two tables together. Service was okay, forgot to bring more water twice. The food was just okay too. The only thing that warranted any stars was the ice cream/dessert which was great!

Ice cream sundaes were good, always are. Cashier did not have very good customer service skills. Takeout was fast, but they gave me a wrong sundae. It was not a huge deal because it was supposed to be reeses cups but was pieces.

ordered loaded waffle fries and a friend-z to go. Definitely not worth the expense. There was one piece of bacon and barely any cheese. With the friend-z I paid for extra toppings and they weren’t put in. This is the third and last time I’ve had an issue here as I will not be returning again. Definitely not what it used to be.

So I gave this review a few days after we ate there to see if it would change. My wife and I went there for Linner. We haven’t been there in quite some time and I can’t even think of a valid excuse besides the coof . Anyhow what drew us there was there new Cheese Hat Burger and previous fond memories. The place was empty for the most part but there were a few tables being occupied. It took a few minutes to be seated (we were the only ones waiting). We were finally seated and waitress was very nice and to the point with us. We asked questions/suggestions and we had answers. Shortly after we realized She was on the SOLE person running the dining room. She was the maitre’d, waitress and bussing tables at the same time. Considering her circumstances she did well with us as far as getting refills and checking up on us as we went through the courses of our meal. Due to the fact fee haven’t been there in a while as well as being hungry we well full courses. App, Main Course and Dessert.

We’ve been going to friendlys for years and have never experienced what we did that this location. The attitude of the staff only was horrendous. Along with that there were hidden extra charges on items, old ice cream in our sundae, and just a terrible environment. On top of that you couldn’t even get a second drink if you ask your server for one, which we did. Not to mention the bill for three people was over $90. I do not recommend this restaurant .By all means go to The Spear Rib right across the street instead.

The best ice cream sundaes. Period. There is nothing like the combo of Friendly’s vanilla, Friendly’s hot fudge, Reese’s Pieces, and Friendly’s whipped cream. It’s not just a vanilla sundae with hot fudge and pb sauce—it’s something special. Something you can’t get anywhere else. We need to save the Friendly’s we’re lucky enough to have left!

Our server Brandon has a great sense of humor. One of our friends was going through a breakup, and litterally he was making us laugh throughout the day. Ice cream was very good too. We gave him a $20 tip.
