So Friendly’s brings back memories.
The Reece’s Pieces Sundae, available in two sizes: medium and large. The difference is less or more scoops. I went for medium. Even at this size, I got a tall cup of sundae, which seemed to be several scoops with fudge syrup and Reece’s Pieces and whip and one cherry.
More nostalgia, not many Friendly’s shops around NJ / NY.

Ice cream and hospitality were great! This was our first time coming to Friendly’s after many years and we decided to stop by for a sundae and a Fribble, which were both delicious. Our waitress April was amazing and attentive and made our experience enjoyable.

Faith was an incredible waitress! So attentive to our needs, bringing us extra napkins and checking in on us with minimal pressure, kind and compassionate, respectful and got our order exactly right! I wish we were wealthier, so we could have left her an immaculate tip but were sure to give her as much as we could reasonably afford.
We would go back simply because our experience with the people there was wonderful!
Love the chains appreciation and giving spirit for children and seniors, even as a millennial customer who doesn’t benefit – it was nice to see.

I have always been a Friendly’s fan!
I used to take my kids all the time.
It was a special place to go.
I try to go to them if you can find them.
It’s a shame such nice place for families is dying.
Anyway the cheese on my grilled cheese was not melted.
All the food came out at once.

Friendlys is our go-to place after work. Excellent choices on the menu from burgers to chicken wings to great Salads. The staff are always helpful and friendly. Our favorite is JESSICA who does a fantastic job accommodating our large rowdy group. Jessica is fast, efficient, and gets our orders right 100%. And we appreciate her cheerful demeanor and great smile! We love this friendlys location!

This is the best Friendly’s in NJ. Our family comes here a few times a month for lunch or dinner. Always a huge treat. They have the BEST ice cream! And their fish a magig sandwich and tuna melt is delicious❤️

Ordered online for pickup. This meal was supposed to be a salmon salad as the person it was for cannot eat chicken. They did not call or email to notify me salmon was unavailable, just substituted and did not provide a refund for the price difference as I had paid for the salmon which cost more. When I picked up and asked for a different item or a refund as this meal would not be able to be eaten and was not what I ordered, they simply said they could not help me and I should reach out to corporate. I tried to reach out and have not received a response. Very disappointing and not surprising that friendlys are going out of business. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Yummy Lava Cake. IMO one Big Lava Cake is enough for 2-3 people. It was like a meal. We order two Lava Cake and one was without peanut butter and replaced it with cake batter ice cream. Loved it.

When I arrived for my first visit, the server greeted me and seated us. I then looked at the menu and decided to order a raspberry sundae, fries, and an oreo shake, which was very good and delicious in taste and quantity, and I thought it was a great deal at the time. I came here with my friends, but it’s also a great place for couples.
