Unexpected trip on Saturday 10/18 because we were at outlets. Haven’t had Friendly’s in about 7 years which was at the Cherryhill location that has since closed. I am so HAPPY we decided to grab lunch. Lunch brought so many memories from when Friendly’s was “a thing!” Restaurant and bathroom very clean! Nice atmosphere! We ordered the original bbq chicken melt with ranch and fries ( been around since day 1) and a NEW item chopped cheese with cool ranch Doritos on a ciabatta roll and waffle fries (comes with free happy ending sundae)!! Our server was ELAINA and she was AWESOME!!! The PB sundae with toppings was a perfect ending! Definitely recommend!

My sister and I went for her birthday. A few families came in at the same time so it was pretty busy. We sat for a while looking at the menu but we didn’t mind the wait. I forget a waitress’ name but I think it was Nikki. She was very very nice and friendly and made the experience so much better. She was serving everyone but always made sure we were good and if we needed anything. She made my sisters birthday special and the ice cream was delicious. Haven’t been here since I was a kid but it was very nostalgic.

The services was horrible, rude, basically almost cursed us out about being upset about the cleanliness of the table and seats! Jaida, you were SO RUDE! Didn’t serve us, didn’t deserve a tip even..you’re lucky you got anything. The manager was ok until he started an argument with us? Our table hasn’t been cleared since we got here, and there was only two workers taking this job seriously. Jaida pointed at us while obviously making nasty remarks at my sister, this is so unprofessional do not eat here please just go to your nearest friendlys. I would’ve rather doordashed.

The atmosphere is always chaotic mostly because of the clients and the kids However we have eaten here a few times and funny enough we had the same waitress Chyna. She was incredibly lovely both times. She is very good at her craft – she had a pleasant upbeat attitude ! Ice cream was fabulous and done just right. Thank goodness for good service !

Highly disappointed. Do not go to this one, go to Deptford. I ordered a Cobb Salad and it looks nothing like the picture. A guy was walking around with a spoon in mouth that worked there doing a bunch of nothing. My ice cream sat a the counter 15 minutes before my food came out. Horrible. The manager thank God made my ice cream again. But i will NEVER go back. Look at the pictures so you can see my wrinkled bag they gave me and the salad that looks nothing like the picture. Highly disappointed. And this salad was $18 im pissed.

The food was so good! Fast service and hot, greatly seasoned food. I got the salmon special it was delicious! My little girl got the kids chicken tenders and it was just hot enough for her to eat and not get burned. Special shoutout to our server, Jaida. She was so polite and accommodating, making she we got everything we needed promptly. She treated us like family! It was a great experience overall. Definitely visit this Friendly’s in the Gloucester Outlets.

Extremely horrible service. We waited along with 4 other party to be sat. One party left because of the wait time. An older women customer from another’s party literally walked in the back to get service and out comes 3 employees including a manager who walked right passed everyone. We were being sat in an area that was tight so we asked could we sit somewhere else and was told yes. After 15 mins of no service we were told the table we chose was not a serviceable table which was no sign. We moved again to a table that we were told to go too. No service again. Our order was taken 15 minutes later. We watched the 3 other parties that we waited with order, eat, and leave. I asked for a manager and that was a wait while she serviced takeout orders. Once I spoke to her and informed her that it had been 49 minutes with no food. She said I must have moved the sign and I sat in the wrong area. I pointed to the table that still did not have a sign. I also informed her that other customers who had arrived after we reached our current table had already been serviced and eating. She said it was because of different servers and they are doing their best. I did decline her offer for discounted ice cream. While speaking with her our food came extremely cold and missing food. The food had to have been sitting back there. The servers were nice when speaking with them. The manager was unpleasant and lazy. She kept going to the back with all the servers. During my many waits I saw 3 other parties waiting to be sat but left do to the wait.

We tried the lobster Quesadilla and it was delicious with real meat The server brought the kids food right out it was nice and hot. They had ice cream it was tasty. Same with our food it was nice and hot. We were sat right away. Food came out fast.

They seem understaffed. Sat int the restaurant for an hour, took over half of that time to receive the 3 mini cones and a single burger. The quality of the food is not that great but I haven’t been to friendly’s in nearly a decade, not surprising. It was neat and clean but they seemingly had no assistance and no idea on how to handle very moderate busy-ness.

Love Friendly’s! I got a tomato soup and half grilled cheese, and it was delicious. Nicki was an excellent, attentive waitress. Great service, and brings back memories of visiting Friendly’s as a child.
