Between the nostalgia of childhood memories and the phenomenal crispy chicken salad this is one of my favorite places to go for dinner. What makes it even better is a commitment to phenomenal customer service I receive every time I have dinner here.
I have to give a shout out to the manager Michelle and our waiter Shiv who went above and beyond even when challenged with a bigger crowd and short staffing. I told Michelle how impressed we were with the service and food we received and she told us that her, Shiv, Ethan, and Jose were working together and all being team players and that was the secret to the legendary service. I am grateful to all of them for all they do. Working in a restaurant is a tough job and they do it with grace.

Extremely Disappointing – Poor Quality and Worse Customer Service
I spent $70 on a delivery order from Friendly’s while recovering from surgery, hoping for a comforting meal. Unfortunately, the food arrived frozen and completely inedible. I reached out to request a refund, but the owner refused to issue one unless I physically returned the food—despite the fact that it was a delivery order and I had just had surgery.
This level of disregard for a customer’s health and situation is unacceptable. Not only was the food quality terrible, but the response showed zero compassion or professionalism. I won’t be ordering from here again, and I would not recommend it to anyone expecting basic quality or customer care.

i ordered the burger with mac and cheese and got the honey bbq sauce as a side, and it completely blew my mind and taste buds! by far the best burger I’ve had. the menu was so big and varied that it was borderline overwhelming. waitress was super patient and a great sport. i got the hunka chunka lava cake as a dessert and swapped the ice cream with the barking pretzel, and it was truly life changing. the bathrooms were really clean. service was fast. Overall, i really enjoyed my experience here and definitely will come back!
