First I was sat at a dirty table. That was not wiped down and had food crumbs all over it. My husband and daughter ate and I wanted my food to go. My husband burger bread was so hard we could hear him tapping it with his fingers. The server gave us someone else bill. He got a banana split to go. We live 3 mins away. Came home and his banana split was sad looking. We spent $60 on a meal that wasn’t worth that. Won’t be going back!

Stopped at this Friendly’s while driving through for lunch. From the moment we walked in it was amazing. We had a wonderful server named Tina. She was happy, kind, and a lot of fun. We enjoyed every minute she was at our table.
The food was amazing and whoever was in the kitchen needs credit as well, but the experience with Tina was what made this the best dining experience we have EVER had. She talked to us like she has known us for years. She jokes with the kids like she was their aunt. She made sure we were taken care of at all times even with other customers in the restaurant. And while listening to her speak with other customers I knew they were getting the exact same treatment.
She is amazing and needs a raise or her own tv show. If we are ever in the area again we will definitely stop in and hope she is there. Thank you for making it such a great nostalgic dining experience.

It’s interesting, walking in feels like a blast from the past, lots of happy customers. Funny though how Friendly’s across the state are dwindling, many of them are unfriendly. I didn’t find that here. I got the Maine Lobster Roll with fries, the fries were out standing!! Shoestring and seemed beer battered. The Lobster Roll was good but need more mayo. I got a small hot fudge sundae with butter crunch ice cream fore dessert, perfect.

Hadn’t been to Friendly’s in a while due to slow service and food quality, but today was an exception to that. Alba our server was friendly and prompt with service and our order was prepared quickly and accurately! Our dining experience was far better than it had been in years! Heading back there soon.

My sister and I came to Friendly’s to celebrate what would’ve been our grandfather’s 96th birthday (he passed in January). Our server, Tina, didn’t know that but she provided the best service and experience! She had such great energy and made everything so much fun. We loved her personality and warm presence. This restaurant is one of my favorites for the staffs friendliness but too see a server, Renee, running around with 8 tables and no help was absurd. Renee is a great server and anyone can see that by her welcoming and kind personality. I hope this isn’t something that’s consistent.

Unfortunately this location had a horrible smell of mildew. The walls were so dirty, my cup they used for drinks were dirty. I do advise for leadership to step up and gm and regional to do a check in. The staff was not friendly only the African American waitress that was assisting other guest. Everyone need a refresher of training and how to be more inviting. And I think its time for change especially ripping that carpet that’s harboring tons of bacteria and that disgusting smell.

I went here the on new years eve around 1pm. The place was packed but the problem is there was only 2 waitresses working that I could see. I was able to watch as we were waiting to be seated for 10 minutes! Nobody ever said anything to us and the 2 waitresses just kept walking by us. This is sad as this place is falling apart. After 10 minutes of waiting we just left and went somewhere else that would appreciate out business. Never again

I absolutely loved our server, Tina. She was so friendly and recommended the Fish a majig sandwich which I had and it was a good choice. She was such a delight I gave her a hug on my way out. Make sure you keep her around !
