Very good food, server was in and out with no long wait. Only reason I gave a 4 is the one thing that put me by surprise was the containers to go were very small barely could you fit like one or two things of food no more than that. Overall not a bad place and I will eat there again.

On Mother’s Day, I went to Friendly’s with my Wife and daughter. We were seated to the right and that’s where the booth seats are. My wife is in the heavier side so we requested to be placed in the tables section. So the waiter went to go ask if that was okay if we could do that. They said they had a reservation for 11 people. When that could have seated more than that. They refused to service us because we requested to go to that side and because we have just walked in. On Mother’s Day my wife wanted Friendly’s not to be ridiculed for her size and she should not be treated as such. I will not be returning to this Friendly’s as I have problems with them before in general on their food service. I will attach the video to this as well. As a customer I am dissatisfied with their customer service and the way they run their establishment.

I don’t often visit Friendly’s but when I do — I always stick with the same dinner. I can’t ever not order the Turkey Dinner! It is truly one of my favorites. Our waitress was so kind and attentive. We had a wonderful dining experience and will be back!

NOT GOOD SERVICE. It was busy when. i got here but then it slowed down and the waiter i had was very rude and nasty. And when she brought some stuff out she dropped my daughters burger on the floor. Then we ordered ice cream and asked for it to go and she came back and had an attitude about it was very rude. NOT GOOD. used her hands to talk. those things were whipping around. NEVER GAVE NAPKINS UNTIL WE WERE DONE EATING AND ALREADY ASKED 2 TIMES! also never received silver ware. shame on you katie.

Terrible. They were out of what I wanted, so I ordered the $15 Turkey dinner. Teeny tiny portion, and it tasted terrible. The chicken quesadillas were not good either. My server was great, but I wasted $50 tonight, and I’m not happy about it.
