Always our go too spot! Love the staff here they always go above and beyond. Food is consistent (always perfect) and of course the ice cream is as to be expected… On Point lol
I can’t say enough about these guys, such a great team. Everyone works so well together. The kitchen staff always put love in what ever is being cooked & dont hesitate going past the role of just the kitchen. They are not afraid or hesitate with help the girls on the floor and out front, bussing tables or stocking the counter. The ice cream/to-go front counter staff are always busy, but also make sure your acknowledged right away as well as helping the floor when needed. The servers always happy, fast, empathetic, remember there customers orders, and never seem to get annoyed with anyone!! Management is top notch and is evedently clear that he has a great rapport and respect from his staff/co-workers. Always there working hard with their team & checking on the guests. They do not have a strong turnover in their staff, which says it all right there. You’ll see familiar faces each and every visit. Needless to say my son and I love going to our Friendlys. Definitely our go to spot for dinner and ice-cream❣️

We walked into a clean restaurant and were greeted by the friendly staff who led us quickly to our table. I ordered the Orchard Chicken Wrap and my wife ordered the Strawberry Chicken Salad. My wrap was very tasty and packed with fresh ingredients. My wife’s salad was packed with fresh and tasty ingredients. The service was great and we enjoyed our lunch.

Stopped in for some late night food after a long day moving furniture in our new house nearby. Grew up in Western MA by the one in Hadley, so I knew what to expect – American food and ice cream. It did the job – had a decent burger, and humored my childhood nostalgia with a classic ice cream treat. Will likely add this to our casual rotation of restaurants once we settle in. Cheers!

Went for a quick visit to Friendly’s to grab some ice cream to go. Hadn’t been to Friendly’s in quite some time. The server at the takeout was friendly and quick to take our order and get our order to us. The price seems pretty reasonable for a sundae and a fribble, and they were pretty tasty. Definitely nice for a late night craving since they were open until 10 pm on a Friday night. Enjoyed thoroughly!

I can’t rate them on their food. Other service for my last visit as I did not even stay there to eat because there was a distinct smell of either a heavy bathroom, odor or heavy cleaning chemicals that they may have used to try and clean. Something. Couldn’t stay there for more than a few seconds before we had to leave and go somewhere else. I’ve never had this problem at friendly’s before, but this particular visit was not good

After waiting 20 minutes for the waitress, the order was placed, no drinks came until the food and appetizer showed up all at the same time , then it was another 20 minutes until the check came it was only slightly full in there and the food was mediocre macaroni had zero taste like water considering it was the cost of actual real restaurant. Never going back to that dirty and bland restaurant. Yuck

I cannot remember the last time I went to a friendlies. The outside makes it look like it’s abandoned but when you go in, it is definetly there. Clean, friendly, and the food is still good. Not totally how I remember it but it’s good. What a great experience.
