Recently they have been slacking. Friendlys has always been my favorite place to go since i was a child, I’ve always enjoyed it so much, but a bit ago i went in and order a kids mac and cheese and they changed the mac and cheese they use to some cheap and off brand macaroni? I was disappointed to say the least. I didn’t go in for a while after and then when i did go back in they had changed the mac and cheese back to normal, which is awesome, but however they are back to changing some of the foods and drinks.. I just wish they would stop.. They changed the milk to some gross tasting milk? It was very weird. Not to mention the ketchup bottles! They are slowly replacing heinz ketchup to some cheap off brand version! Why?! But 90% of the time the workers are always nice and I always appreciate them working hard and typically they move fast. Something I have noticed though is that they never stay too long.. I wonder why Friendlys. The friendlys in Auburn is still up and running very nicely, I wonder why..

Ordered two things, waitress got both of them wrong. I grew up with friendly’s and know it’s in bad shape, so I only eat here oncta year or so and it’s always bad. Small portions and bad service. This time around was just painful. Hope the new owners open up in Hudson and close this store. Get things right.

What a great experience last night. Went there with my wife, daughter and her boyfriend for dinner and ice cream. Jacob was a phenomenal waiter! From his eye contact to his demeanor and his follow-through, I was very Impressed. He even noticed something out of the kitchen that was wrong and didn’t even serve it before telling us that he’d already placed the order for a replacement because a sandwich had Mayo instead of the mustard my daughter requested. Not often do I take the time to review a chain restaurant,but my experience was worth it. Food came out hot and very good as well. I thought the QR code on the receipt was for a survey, but realized later that it was if I wanted to pay that way. That’s why I’m writing this review after calling the store and complementing him to one of the managers… She suggested I could do this, which I’m happy to do

Took about 10 minutes to be seated. Waiter was attentive and did a good job. But the food was horrible at best and way overpriced. Place was also really dirty including my daughters cup. Pretty gross actually.

Friendly’s used to be so much better than what it has become. The food is mediocre but the prices are decent. The last two times I had been there I ordered a meal that was supposed to come with a free Happy Ending Sundae That I never received or was offered. This too is far different from the way Friendly’s used to operate.
This particular location seems to have a problem with finding enough staff. There was only one wait staff when I arrived to serve the 9 tables that were occupied. She did a great job keeping up with all that she had to do.

Oh so delicious! The strawberry milkshake is so delicious and they have amazing options aside from the burgers which honestly are more tasty than the burgers. Lots of options friendly staff relaxed and fun atmosphere! Kids food available of course, many options. Near lots of kid friendly places too and the whole development is newer. Very nice!

Came to the drive through at 8:40, was sitting there waiting to order and the two girls were looking the other way and ignoring me. Went inside to try to order and the girls were packing away the ice cream and said that they had closed the kitchen an hour ago… why are your hours till 9:00pm if you stop serving food at 8:00pm? The girls were incredibly rude towards me and had an attitude when I tried to order mozzarella sticks. They obviously did not want to work their jobs. Went to Wendy’s instead!

First of all let me start by saying that my kids and I have always loved Friendly’s. I have been eating at Friendly’s for over 45 years. I also worked for a couple different locations years ago. That being said. There is nothing Friendly about my review. That was the last time I will ever go to friendly’s again. The food is horrible. My favorite Clam Chowder was spoiled and no it wasn’t late at night either. The bbq chicken melt’s, chicken had fat marbled through it. The proportion of the fries that came with my meal wasn’t enough for a young child. The Chicken Quesadiĺla was 1/4 full if that, it was like eating a plain grilled tortilla. We waited a very long time to be served the food and then waited 30 plus minutes to get the check. The waitress was a swèet girl, just very slow. The most unacceptable thing was the prices. Shame on you Friendly’s. The food quality is so sub par. Even if there hadn’t been any other problems, I would rather take my children somewhere they value their customers and the food they serve. Friendly’s has closed more locations then I can count. They have tried to reinvent this brand tons of times throughout the years. From changing from the S shape counter diner style to booths. The decor and kids menu items have been revamped frequently throughout the past 20 years. While the fòod quality and quantity has
progressively gotten poorer and the prices increasingly higher. This particular Friendly’s has a drive thru. The second one I’ve seen. They should think about having drive thru only stores.

First time in years at a Friendly’s. Love the updated decor. We went for dessert… and the sundaes were well worth it! The server was very helpful and friendly, but a bit over worked, slowing her down slightly.
