The food isn’t flavorful as I would like, but it does the trick sticking locally. This place gets pretty busy, so prepare to wait awhile. It took 2 hours for us to be in and out.
The prices were okay, it wasn’t memorable for me. I had the lobster roll, but they put celery in it, which throws off the taste a bit. Their french fries and onions rings are great though. Fresh, crispy, and soft inside.

Friendly waitress, decent food. Good place to bring the kids for a bite to eat and ice cream. One of the Vermonter burgers was good, the other was a little dry. My friend got the reuben and didn’t like it. Just had an off taste.

Ordered pick up from this location, Buffalo chicken wrap with fries. When I opened the sandwich, I noticed a part of a latex glove in my wrap (along with them messing up the order itself). I tried calling the restaurant but they did not answer the phone. Highly recommend avoiding this location

We just ordered 2 chicken salads online from this friendlys. The estimated time was 7:02, we got there at 7:10. When we went in to pick them up 3 different people told us that there was no online orders. Finally someone yelled from the back somewhere that there was and that they had not gotten to it yet. Finally at 7:30 we were given our order. We should have checked it at the restaurant but unfortunately didn’t. Once we got home & opened the salads they were barely full. Dressings spilled all over mine, and there was no chicken on either one. Called to complain and was hung up on.

Service was slow. Very understaffed. One waitress waiting on the entire restaurant. The food was good when we eventually received it. But, the place is falling apart. Gives off dirty vibes. Ceiling tiles were missing and water stains on the ceiling. Some booths were closed because of concern for leaks or potential for the tiles to fall on the customer.

They were very friendly to us, had our pet with us and let us take the menu out to our car, ordered food, took only 15 minutes as they stated, food prepared good and tasted good, especially for takeout. The manager was friendly and so were those who took our order. If you’ve been here before and won’t come back because of a bad experience, give them another try, the manager and staff went above and beyond to please us, that is worth mentioning here. I noticed they clean their tables off well also. Thanks and keep up the good service, this is what makes folks want to come back.

The food is great, but the place itself is always teetering on the edge of disaster. While much of the staff is nice, many appear to be untrained in very basic customer interaction skills. The cash register never works correctly. And, of course, the classic Friendly’s waiting time is extra long here.

The restaurant was disgusting. The floors were dirty and the view of the kitchen from my table was even worse. If I wasn’t starving I would have gone somewhere else. I had to ask the waitress 4 times for utensils and still ended up eating my appetizer with my hands. I definitely won’t be coming back. It’s a shame, I used to love coming here.
