Had a great experience at Friendly’s! The ice cream was fresh, creamy, and full of flavor. The portions were generous and beautifully served. Ordered grilled wrap and it was not made well at all. Meat was cut and not separated and definitely not enough lettuce at all. Was a thin layer. Not worth the money at all to get that one. Still ate it because I’m hungry. But not worth the money to buy such a small wrap. Still hungry

Amazing experience! Havent had Friendly’s since 2018, they all left western new york! Saw this one on the way to our trip in boston and had to check it out, was even better than i remember! Was in and out in under 30 mins, super kind staff, AMAZING FRIBBLE’S AND ICE CREAM!!!

Friendly’s in Auburn brought back a lot of great childhood memories. Coming back after visiting from Okinawa, Japan made the experience even more special. The atmosphere was very nostalgic, and I was genuinely excited to be there. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the portions were generous, and the food was really good. Overall, it was a comforting and enjoyable visit.

As someone who grew up going to Friendly’s, I wall always hold a high opinion of this chain. It is sad to see so few restaurants remaining. The servers are all super polite and friendly (No pun intended). The food is comparable to most diner food. You get way more quality and portions for your dollar here compared to the big fast food chains. Who doesn’t love a nice ice cream dessert after a meal? Friendly’s is a great family friendly place to dine in or take out.

My husband just came home with 3 Jim dandy’s. He was told by the server that they were out of bananas and asked if he still wanted them- he said yes but please add a little more ice cream to make up the difference. When he came home and I opened the bag, this is what we ended up with- half a container of ice cream and no whipped cream. Typically there is so much in the container that the cover hardly fits- needless to say we were very disappointed! Not what we expected at all.

So growing up in New England Friendly’s has always had mediocre food and great ice cream with really slow service. This restaurant needs a good cleaning as it smells really bad inside. We just ordered ice cream and I was amazed on how fast it actually came out. So service was great.

Still 5 stars , went today November 8th, 23, used my free medium Sundae , had no problems or complaints. I love this location. I love Friendly’s in general. It’s a real treat going to Friendly’s. My Aunt in her early days in college, used to work at this particular location in Auburn, Massachusetts, for many years as a waitress. That is one of the many reasons I love this Friendly’s, and therefore in general, there are not many locations still in business. I loved growing up as kid eating here. Good quick service, friendly kind staff .

First time at this Friendly’s snd first time in years. The food was good. I enjoyed my food. The mini mozzarella stick basket was great. My daughters meal was good. The free Sunday with her meal was super cute and she loved it. The service wasn’t great. Waitress was overwhelmed it seemed. Kept forgetting requests, including eating utensils at our table. The woman picking up the dishes and clearing tables almost dropped a tray full of plates, cups and ice cream cups on me and my daughter because she was having trouble walking and carrying more than she should if she has trouble. But there were ppl waiting so she was trying to rush and it almost ended badly. It was louder in there than any place we have eaten before but I think that’s because it was mainly families with young children who were excited and just being kids. All and all we would eat there again.
