Our server was exceptional however the quality of the food was not. It wasn’t the classic Friendly’s experience we grew up with. As a former server at a different location 25 years ago things have changed. On a positive note the ice cream is still delicious. Maybe they having an off day. It’s a roll of the dice here.

I haven’t been to Friendly’s in years due to moving away. I decided to treat my grandson to lunch and it was exceptional! The beef barley soup was hearty and seasoned perfectly. My grandson devoured his sliders yet we both saved room for ice cream. Amanda took great care of us and made sure we had everything we needed. The manager visited our table as well which was a pleasant surprise. Thanks for making our lunch perfect!

Don’t go here!!!! First the service is horrendous. We waited close to five minutes before we were seated. Hardly greeted at all. We sat down and given menus, then when ordering was told half the things we wanted were not in stock. There were two other tables at the time. It took 45 mins for the food. After our meal the kids wanted ice cream. They have barely anything. Ran out of ice cream. No hot fudge. How the hell does Friendly’s run out of ice cream?! Waited another 20 mins for two kids sundaes. This place was a nightmare. I absolutely discourage anyone who wants to eat here!! The worst part of the entire thing was there was no soap in the woman’s bathroom!!!! So people/ employees have gone to the bathroom and not washed their hands. Disgusting.

Came in on Saturday at 9:00pm. There was only 1 girl actually working. The rest of the workers stood around laughing, screaming, and cursing. Terrible atmosphere. Took 15 minutes for me to get an overpriced cake cone when there was no wait.

This salad was amazing!! Everything tasted fresh and delicious. My only complaint is that it was light on salad portion. Other than that, I could not believe how good this was.
I come here all the time now. The servers are wonderful and take good care of me. The manager Robin is so awesome and makes my food with love and care

Have always loved coming to Friendlys since I was a child, The Gardner establishment has definitely gotten better over the years! The servers are something special, they know how to make a great experience I wanna highlight Amanda, shae, and David and thank them and the team for making my experiences so positive!

Burger was tasty, but unusually greasy, compared to most other burgers I’ve had at restaurants and cooked at home. Patty was thin, and the burger I requested as medium came out as well done, with no explanation or apology. Maybe nobody realized, maybe my server forgot to specify, I’ll never know cuz I wasn’t in the mood to complain about it.
Fries were ok. Ice cream came out perfect.
Server was nice and clarified as necessary, and remembered previously stated requests towards end of meal. 🙂

I order big 2 do and got 2 eggs, toast and 2 pcs of bacon. I usually go to another restaurant and get the same but it includes home fries and it’s cheaper. Seems like they don’t care about you there.

Really gone downhill. Prices are higher, portions are smaller. Staff seem like they hate their job. We had an annual tradition to go on Halloween but looking at changing that starting next year. Just not worth it anymore. Sad because I feel like friendly’s is such nostalgia but I just cant justify that price for that quality and that grumpy waitress.
