2.27.26. The waiter was a young Puerto Rican guy and a Caucasian lady. Fantastic . Reminded us when we went to Puerto Rico on the summer and how attentive waiters on the island are. I even told them few times I’ve been here some other were a bit sketchy understanding that not everyone is the same big improvement. Pleased with service. Thanks

I spent $55 at Friendly and it was the worst experience I’ve had at a restaurant in a long time. I asked for a few add-ons and was fine paying the extra charges — but not only did I NOT get what I paid for, I was met with nothing but attitude from the so-called “GM.” Instead of professionalism or an apology, I got rudeness and dismissiveness.
If this is how management treats paying customers, it says everything about the way this place is run. Poor service, poor attitude, and absolutely not worth the money. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere and warning others to do the same.

Went for dinner on a Sunday night. My group and three other tables sat at the same time and there seemed to be only one server. Was a little iffy at first because it took a little while for the server to come over. But that quickly changed! Our server Alyssa explained that it was a shift change and apologized about the wait. She was fantastic. Recommended the mozzarella stick appetizer which was great. Refilled our drinks without us asking and sold us on ice cream afterwards. Even wrote a thank you note on our bill which was a nice touch. Other servers should take notes. Will definitely be back.

Came with a large group on a Friday night and was greeted with such warmth and incredible service, despite that it was close to closing time. This location has such kind, hardworking staff that will go above and beyond to bring you your food and drink quickly and make your time here memorable.
Tammy gave us advice on what to order (the kid’s grilled cheese comes with fries, a milkshake, and ice cream!) and even brought us some free pickles and sweet treats.
Worms and dirt is delicious – vanilla ice cream, oreos, and gummy worms! We also loved the venetian mocha chunk milkshake. What sets Friendly’s milkshakes apart — they’re called “Fribbles” — is that they’re made of soft serve, unlike traditional milkshakes that are made of ice cream!
Fries are fresh and hot, and the pickles are crisp and refreshing! Highly recommend a stop here for some treats and lovely conversation with Tammy. Thank you to the staff at Friendly’s for spreading love and serving the community with joy and hospitality. I can’t wait to visit again!

Good food at the Restaurant but what the heck is going on with that front door? It has been like that for a few weeks and the owner should take pride in the building and get it fixed. It was actually comical, watching people come in and get the crap scared out of them as the door slammed behind them! Kind of ridiculous why it hasn’t been fixed.
This has nothing to do with the food or quality of service, which was very good!

Went for nostalgia and found a pale comparison to the restaurant of my childhood. Menu is limited but the food was good. Ordered a Jim Dandy and got all if the ingredients but now of the presentation. If you are hungry, it is a good place to stop, but don’t expect the friendlys you knew and loved.

I’m a Friendly’s life-long customer and I must say this location was very disappointing. We were in town from Connecticut and thought this Friendly’s would be as good as the one in North Haven. It was NOT. The food was only ok, in part because I think they may have been short a cook. I actually sent back my buffalo chicken tenders because they had no flavor and were dry and cold.

Staff was really friendly, especially the manager. She recommended the Philly steak in a wrap, what her husband gets. It was good albeit small. I only got one, but I think I needed two of them. It was slightly overpriced for what you get. The large shake was enough for all five of us. Very flavorful, very good. Wish there was a Friendly’s in Chicagoland.
