We had ordered several pizzas for delivery. One of the pizzas we ordered directly off the website was the “Idaho Pizza”. There are a number of potato type pizzas in the area and this one is by far the most disappointing. I almost felt pranked when I received it. It was just a pizza with no sauce, bacon bits, and then a handful of French fries thrown on top. It was so dry and hard to eat. This did NOT match the description of the pizza on the website. I reached out to the owner to provide feedback and never received a response. Very disappointing experience all around from the food and lack of response to issue. Everything was great except for they forgot the 1 topping on pizza ordered for delivery, not a big issue. Always great slices, but their BLT not to order for sure, at least for me otherwise everything else, boneless & regular wings were good. Would order food again.

Extremely misleading name was walking in to order a slice of pizza and finish paperwork when I was confronted by the window washer. Calling me racial slurs and other names. Don’t know what I did to deserve that other than being Caucasian.

had delivery drive throw my food at me bc he couldn’t follow simply directions girl who was answering the phone couldn’t follow simple instructions said the guy only spoke spanish when that was false place needs better workers manager was nice enough to give me a refund but still 2 different orders on 2 different months and you still mess up is no excuse for that. i worked in the food industry and i will say if people have allergies need make sure its not on the food. this is the worst place to order from unless its a walk in.

Ordered two pizzas and hot wings for delivery. Very fast service for delivery. The pizza was still hot and the wings as well. Very polite delivery driver that came to the house. The food was very good as well. Ordered Chicken Bacon Ranch pizza the other one was a Greek pizza that was good too. The hot wings were very good too.

Clean space, big windows and good lighting, tasty wings, nice new York pizza selections, accommodating build your own pizza, also sandwiches, and the fellows behind the counter are friendly.
There is enough space for a wheelchair, and a ramp from parking lot to sidewalk; plenty of parking in the lot.

This review is for 485 Delaware Ave Albany.
I came across this spot as a last minute I don’t feel like cooking. Originally, I was going to grab just a slice of pizza.
The place was empty but super clean. Before I go inside I see this guy come out, here is how the conversation went. Me:Hey how is the food inside. Guy: the food is delicious I promise.
Me: you must work here.
Guy: yes.
Me: oh that’s why you say the food is. If it’s not good I know what car you’re driving.. we both laugh.
Him: tell them to make you a fresh small pizza.
Me: ok
I must say the pizza was pretty darn good. I asked for a crispy bottom and they delivered. The dough was not thick. More like thin crust. Guys I’m 3 slices in. My new friend is Steven. You were right it was good thank you. We friends now. Oh wait shout to the gentleman that brought the pizza to my car.

I just ordered a Philly cheesesteak and had it delivered. It came fresh, hot and delicious driver was early that’s always a plus I rate this restaurant at five star and will definitely be back. I totally recommend you won’t be disappointed. not to mention how nice and friendly the delivery guys are.
