I ordered chicken lo mein from this restaurant and it had a METAL SHAVING In It! I CUT MY TONGUE on the Metal Shaving! I was eating with the lights on (thank GOD) and felt like I was eating a staple and then when I pulled what was sharp out of my mouth it was a metal shaving that sliced my tongue! If you’re a black man EXPECT to be treated with condescension and total disrespect. Expect to wait long for your food. Expect to be served with no fork, spoon or napkin. Expect them to pretend as if they don’t speak English but as soon as the old white man with glasses walks in, he’s greeted with a smile, hello and fluent English. The white man. Is priority. It don’t matter if you greeted them they won’t greet you back yet, will greet the white person who doesn’t greet them. I’m glad the $10 I spent there was the money I found one the floor otherwise, I’d cancel the order. These people are prejudice. You can feel the energy. They’re so unwelcoming to those who spend money with them. My advice is go elsewhere.

I’ve ordered from Friendly several times through food delivery services and my food has arrived hot and flavorful each time.
The delivery fees are a bit exorbitant (it depends on the delivery app used), but I can rely on Friendly for great portions too.

Typically I don’t have problems with this place. However, this weekend I ordered beef and broccoli, I woke up the next day feeling violently ill ( nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, and etc). That was also the only thing I ate the day prior. I feel like quality isn’t the same as it used to be.

I stated specifically on DoorDash within their receipt, Orange Chicken with white rice and NO VEGETABLES.
Instead I get a different chicken with pork fried rice and veggies in them. I of course call them back, and the woman says, it comes with vegetables. I even have the receipt to prove what my order was.
Now I know better to never order from them again.
