Delivery- Ordered a chicken and garlic sauce and received vegetables and garlic sauce with a few pieces of chicken. Called to complain and the manager said that they would send a new one over and then got a phone call back from the manager after speaking to the owner she said the owner said no And that they used the correct amount of chicken Generals Tso chicken also was just balls of dough with a little piece of chicken somewhere in it

The worst Chinese food I have ever had in my life. The sweet and sour chicken was so off neither my guests or I could eat it. When I called the restaurant to report the incident and inform them that some of the food might be toxic, I was on hold for a while and eventually they just hung up on me. Needless to say I will not return to this restaurant and highly recommend you steer clear of this place. To him who has an ear let him hear.

So what had happened was—our usual Chinese spot, China Star, was closed yesterday so, we crossed over to the other side to Fried Rice Kitchen. We placed our order (fried wings/French fries for the hubby and Boneless Rib Combo for me) and walked outside to wait. It looked a little dingy so I decided to check the reviews. They are mostly terrible so, I thought “I hope the food is better than the reviews, we’re in too deep.” I don’t know what these folks are going on about in these reviews, the food was freaking delicious. My plate tasted like NY Chinese which I haven’t tasted for the last two years that I’ve been out here. Hubby was happy with his food too. The rice in my combo was thebomb.com, packed full of savory flavor, I drooled in my mouth. The rib tips are not that weird texture that’s hard to chew, it’s actual pieces shaved from ribs. We will definitely be back, sorry China Star. A little advice, don’t go by the reviews, give this little joint a try and tell me I’m lying. I joked to my husband that I think people leaving bad reviews just don’t want to share the food. 🙂

What a disappointment! Should’ve taken the reviews to heart. The chicken fried rice had maybe 8 pieces of chicken in the Large size container. The Chicken Lo Mein had maybe 5 pieces! The crab rangoons tasted funny. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.

The sushi isn’t bad. It’s certainly not fresh. How do I have so much knowledge on its origins? Oh, cause for the second time in a month I’m waiting for it to defrost. I guess that gives me time to go out and get soy sauce and wasabi which they just decided not to put in the simplest of orders ever. Sashimi. 4 pieces of tuna, 4 of salmon. Seriously. That was the entire order. I won’t even mention the 7 cameras they have in there that somehow they afford though the fan pointed into the kitchen has what looks like 10 years worth of no one dusting it. Last time. Place is nasty. Nothing like microwaved burnt sushi.

Took 40 minutes for them to cook my food when I ordered 20 minutes before I came in.

Food was terrible. General Tso chicken tasted old and the rice had no flavor. Crab Rangoon had no cream cheese or crab in it. I am going to dispute this charge with my bank. Shrimp look like they came from a pond, super tiny and cheap. We will not return. Unflavored food

The food is great, the prices are relatively cheap, and the people behind the counter are amazing. This is a small shop, and when it’s overcrowded with customers, orders can take a little longer than normal. I’ve seen customers go off the rails and berate the cashier for problems she has no control over. Despite this, she keeps her cool and acts kindly. This place is a gem, and it’s one of the few locations where if I ask the chef to make a dish ridiculously hot, he does it. One of my favorite Chinese restaurants ever!

The food is good but the customer service is terrible. If you call a order in they say it’s going to be 20mins. That would be great if they actual started cooking your order when it’s placed. In actuality they start cooking your order when you arrive there. If you walk in to order they also say 20mins but actually it takes they about 45mins to complete your order. So think carefully before you waste about an hour on your order.
