Happened to be in the area and saw the reviews and decided to try. To start off we ordered coke and it tasted bad and we told the waiter and she swapped it with Fanta and then after that the food came. I ordered fajitas and they tasted bland and stale. The guac that came with it was brown and wasn’t fresh. Overall the food wasn’t good.

I had a terrible experience. I went with my family on Tuesday around 6 PM, and everything was disappointing. The bathrooms had an unpleasant smell, the seats are very worn and need to be replaced, the prices are outrageously high, and even the dishes were chipped. The chips were served cold, and they no longer offer the delicious brown sauce they used to have. The only positive aspect is the staff — the waiters are friendly and genuinely try to do their jobs well. I tried to express my dissatisfaction to the woman in charge, but she seemed to have no idea what good customer service means. Overall, a very disappointing visit.

Emily was absolutely fantastic—truly one of the best servers we’ve ever had. She was attentive, friendly, and completely on top of everything, making sure we never waited long for anything we needed. The Fundito Chorizo was outstanding and full of flavor. The Trompó Al Pastor was tasty but could have been served a bit warmer and with more pork to better match the menu photo. The margaritas pitcher was huge! We had a great experience and would happily return.

Terrible!! And, that is being generous. Had food delivered. Tamale was mushy and the red sauce tasted exactly like marinara. gross. I though, well at least they can’t mess up the sweet plantains. Boy was I wrong. They were hard and dry. I suspected that they had been made many hours before. I don’t know if it was that they were closing soon or what the problem was.

If I could give Veronica 6 stars, I would. We came in and immediately felt like family. We had amazing food with some custom options that she made sure to get right! She even came back to explain how our customizations affect our prices. Best service ever! I do miss seeing Abel here, but I asked them to pass on that Corey from the bank in Lawrenceville said “Hi!” Seriously folks, come here, ask for Veronica, and eat some amazing food.oh yeah! She even asked us about allergies!

Nice, big, restaurant with yummy salsa & thin chips. Wasn’t too busy or loud. We had a friendly server who was attentive. Prices are higher than our usual Mexican place, but the food was hot & tasted fresh plus it’s closer so we will return.

Great menu selection, drinks, and service! The fresh guacamole is amazing. Server V is fantastic! So friendly! She has great drink recommendations if you’re undecided. If you go on a weekday, be sure to ask for her!

Long time supporter of a big name in cumming Georgia, but after eating at fridas for the last year i won’t go anywhere else!
Staff is very attentive, has chips and dips on the table immediately followed by your drink order (food order if ready) and after a few minutes of enjoying the music, atmosphere, and tv’s the chef is walking your food out himself most times and hand delivering! I’ve never had a bad meal here or drink!
Alcoholic beverages 10/10 , soft drinks 10/10 food is also 10/10! I will be back as much as i can be! Thank you very much!
