Finding Good Things

Stopped by on a drive home and really enjoyed our late lunch. Lots of lunch specials. Meals were very tasty and fresh. Lots of nice hot sauce options. Friendly people. Loved the Frida Khalo artwork and colourful decor throughout.

One word to describe HORRIBLE! The menu states Chicken And Rice Dinner Special-Grilled chicken and rice with cheese sauce. We received zero cheese sauce and so little chicken. So we paid 14.99 for a plate of rice and no cheese sauce. This was a ToGo order and I specifically asked when I picked up if the cheese sauce was on the dish or side. Person assured the cheese sauce was on, it was not. Needless to say we will never be back. Overcharging and then can’t even provide what menu says. Too many places to eat in Madison now so will not miss this establishment at all!

First, definitely order the cheese dip to start. Meal: Amazing street tacos, especially carnitas and Barbacoa. Margaritas, just order the large, you will wish you did!!!! Staff is super attentive and fast service! We are here twice while in town, it is that good!!!! Will definitely stop back if we are ever passing thru.

Our food was good and the staff was friendly, although service was a little slow in late evening just a an hour before closing. Food ingredients were of good quality and the dishes were nicely prepared. Prices seem a little high for the dishes served. We will certainly dine here again.

Wow!! We went here on a whim on a Friday night and the food/service was awesome. We were seated immediately despite being busy, and were served complimentary chips and salsa. The salsa is really good but I’d recommend you request their homemade hot sauce! (Warning: it is very spicy!) I ordered the vegetarian fajitas and my boyfriend ordered the shrimp chiles relleno, and they were both delicious. Giant portions (you can get several meals out of this) and fair pricing. We will be back!

What a hidden gem! We thoroughly enjoyed our meal: cheese dip, guacamole, chips and salsa and fajitas. The Pina Colada was also very good. The wait staff was friendly and the decor and atmosphere was fun. There were Frida tribute paintings on every wall. We will definitely be back.

What a ruined experience, just received the offer. Meet in tacos is dry. Flauta dinner soaked in salad water. 2 lime slices for 8 tacos. 2 sauces for 8 tacos. Tacos piled up in box, mixed up. Had high hopes, but whoever fixed the order tonight didn’t care to say the least, just ignorant of who will eat it or not in this case! $70+ and 2 orders also missing Burrito Fajitas and grilled chicken buritto. What a shame!

Had a lovely time here! I got the Chicken Hawaiian Quesadilla and youd think pineapples with a quesadilla would be weird but it was delicious! The staff were extremely kind, just a bit awkward honestly. The bathrooms were also extremely clean.

Please do not go here. They charge $13 for a large cheese dip and $8 for a single corona. Also double check your bill- they tried to charge my friends what for my 2 Coronas and the stupid cheese dip! Listen, go through my reviews – you’ll see that I love to praise people and restaurants, but this place? do not go to.
