Best Mexican food in Northwest Arkansas, hands down. Affordable, super clean restrooms, and did I mention the food? The Baja Shrimp Tacos are the best tacos I’ve ever eaten. My husband got the Molcajete, and I’ve gotta say, that’s the coolest dish I’ve ever seen, and also spectacular in flavor. It’s enough for two people, for sure, but too delicious to share! Great wait staff—kind and attentive. Five stars!

The salsa tasted like canned pizza sauce. The chile relleno coating was soggy and generally underwhelming. The only redeeming aspects of the visit was the friendly waitress and the fact there were very few people so the service was quick.

I’ll be back because of good reviews. I’m not a fan of their salsa. But it’s good to have something different.
Enchiladas very good but smaller than others.
I do like their rice better than other places and beans small servings. Guac salad is a tablespoon or so of guac.
I got an enchilada meal and 2 tacos to go. About under $30 with a drink.
Will be back to try many things. This will be a regular I believe.

Ordering was easy and service was fine, food was very good but I felt the portions for the price weren’t really comparable, might try this place again with different menu options.
Edit: I want clarify that we did order for pick up not dine in, but that didn’t affect The food being absolutely delicious, we enjoyed every bite. We were just a little disappointed in the portion size, as mentioned above, however we will certainly try again and I definitely recommend giving it a shot cause the food was great!

This is my favorite Mexican restaurant in Fayetteville. It’s family owned and everything is cooked to order. The flavor is amazing and not your typical tex mex where everything is bland! The margs are also always great! I highly recommend if you want amazing food. The Enchiladas, the Molcajete and the Carne Asada are all fantastic and if you’re looking to be adventurous try the fried fish!!

I like a lot of Mexican restaurants in town, but Frida’s is my favorite place to eat out period.

Excellent food! We ordered the Nachos Supreme, Spinach Enchiladas, and Chile Relleno. The food had great flavor, wasn’t too heavy and the owner was very kind and took great care of us. He shared some of his favorite habanero sauce and it was great too! Highly recommended.

We went one night and were so impressed we came back the very next night. I had chicken Chimchanga and my wife had fish tacos. The food was more about flavor than heat. I was so impressed with the salsa that I bought a quart of it. They don’t sell it that way but they obliged me. Great food and great people.

My wife has a Shellfish allergy. We asked about cross contamination for anything that goes on the griddle or is fried. The waitress said she wasn’t sure, so she got the manager (likely one the owners). He stated that they do clean the griddle between meals but could not guarantee there isn’t cross contamination, so he made my wife’s food in a pan that was used only for eggs that he used for their personal meals. They followed up multiple times to ensure us that my wife’s food was made in a way to avoid cross contamination and to make sure everything was tasting good. They were amazing and very concerned with making sure we had a great experience. The people, food, and environment were great, and we will be returning! Highly recommend!

We tried the habenero enchiladas and the mole enchiladas. Both very good. Servings are smaller than some other mexican restaurants but still plenty. You will not leave hungry. This is not tex mex but still very good. Lots of vegetarian options and their refried beans do not contain pork, so should be alpha gal safe.
