Frick’s Tap is an awesome local spot with a great vibe and friendly service. TJ really makes the place stand out — he’s attentive, welcoming, and knows how to take care of customers. Only chips for food but they are great. This whole place rocks. Multiple great servers who take time for conversation and such a unique vibe. It’s quite obvious they put a lot of money into remodeling it from wire stairs to a ticker there are lots of great touches. Iowa’s 2nd oldest bar doesn’t disappoint!

Oldest Tavern in Davenport, Iowa so I had to stop for a beer. It had a nice historical feel on the outside. There was a little patio out back. Interior had a modern day look leaning towards that sports bar vibe on old brick walls. Dartboard, Golden Tee by back door . No pool table that i could see. Typical commercial beers on Tap . Went to an event upstairs and they only had one bartender! She was overwhelmed and rude! The manager downstairs would not even come up to help her! Lazy! Bad management, lousy service!

Was the worst service I had ever tonight, 3.8.25. The bartender was more worried about her friends and doing shots with them than taking care of customers and this was 8:30ish.
I had to go to the other end of the bar to get any service, funny she finally came down and asked if I needed anything. REALLY!!! I told her no since she was too busy doing shots with her friends.
Her response to me…we’re real busy, but thank you for tipping me for taking care of you. Now what the hell!!!

Heated bar top is nice. Sadly it’s kinda the only thing that is. That and overall drink prices. Speakers are in need of update, songs are regularly skipped via remote as if customers didn’t pay to play.
