Server was great tonight so this review is not about her. But after a long day at the imagination station we decided to treat the kids out to dinner (something we NEVER do due to the cost) to Frickers since we knew kids under 10 ate free and we could budget with the funds we had our meal. Come to find out at the END OF THE MEAL kids in fact DO NOT EAT FREE AT THIS LOCATION AND 1 OTHER LOCATION IN DAYTON according to the server. Now why wouldn’t anyone mention this to us knowing we had kids and likely the reason we were eating there for the deal?? It was assumed as this is what the restaurant is known for, but it was obviously kept hush until the end! The manager even came around asked us how things were going, I asked if kids ate free he said no sorry and kept going quickly. We won’t be back to this location. Disputing with the bank as this was false advertising!!!! LET PEOPLE WITH KIDS THIS ITS THE ONLY REASON PEOPLE WITH KIDS GO TO PLACES LIKE THIS, YOU HID IT!!!!!!
EDITED AFTER THEIR REPONSE: there is no transparency. Transparency would be in the kids meal section of the menu noting that your location does not follow the promotion! Knowing that the rest do honor the promotion even the other one near this one. It’s really not hard. Now you just the entire franchise customers for good! No direct contact information left either, how are we discussing anything if I don’t know who you are?

The ribs are dry and hard with barely any sauce taste like they were microwaved. The bread that looks like a hamburger bun(it is) was the “roll” that came with the meal. The wings and fries were pretty good but the service and food took forever. The appetizers came out with the main course and were cold and hard clearly reheated after they had been sitting. We waited an hour after ordering our food for anything to come out, so we ended up being there almost 2 hours as it took over 15 mins for a server to come over to even get our drink order in which we order food and drinks at the same time. Wouldn’t recommend and don’t plan on going back overprice for crappy food and service. Also the bench stool are to small so they are uncomfortable especially to be sitting for over an hour in.

I can’t remember the last time I had service this bad. We sat at the bar and ordered. The bartender/waitress checked on us 3 times total. It wasn’t that busy and she came up to us when we sat down for drink order, 20 minutes later to take our food order, 30 minutes later to bring our food. She was in front of us but didn’t even acknowledge our presence other than those three times. Not even to ask if we needed another drink.
I would give this less than a 1 star if possible

Great atmosphere and love the location. Staff was great and accommodating even as we were a surprise opening rush. Love that you could watch the Mud Hens play from the location as it had a direct view of the field almost feeling like you have a suite.

I cant remember our waitresses name last night(1/3/25) but she was very helpful and handled our large group very well. We came in later after volleyball and was very friendly. The food is amazing as well.

I have dined in here before and had a better experience. I ordered online and went in to pick the food up. I had to wait a while after I got there, which was not that big of a deal, but the food and service was better the first time I went. I APOLOGIZE. I HAVE NEVER BEEN TO THIS LOCATION BEFORE!!! I AM SO SORRY. I THOUGHT I WAS REVIEWING THE PERRYSBURG LOCATION!

This restaurant has been on my saved Google list for a while now. Honestly, I could have prepared a more palatable meal. Usually, most restaurants that offer fries are usually a hit, not here.

I did not receive everything I ordered when I placed my order for Christmas Eve. I contacted the restaurant. I also contacted them through the website two times. They have not answered me back very disappointed. Guess they don’t need any of my money anymore.

I spoke with the manager on duty today. He said that it doesn’t have much value the items that were left out and he would give me a $15 gift card. Next time I came in. It’s not even a convenient restaurant to go to. It is in downtown Toledo raising Cane‘s might work better for me next time.

Depends on ur waitress. Last time I was in there there was like 10 ppl and r waitress was havimore fun at the bar. Took forever to get refills on pop and alcohol. Ordered ham sandwich with just mayo and Swiss cheese. Rcvd, no cheese, mayo and had lettuce and tomato. My date was just about done when we got her action to fix my order. When she came back she apologized and still didn’t get it right. Smdh
