We are regulars , and this has been the worst experience thus far. A simple request for extra well done naked wings and they had to be recooked TWICE. They were still not up to par. They simply refried the chicken with the sauce and it looked unappetizing. The second time the wings were flabby again. The manager didn’t seem to care about my dissatisfaction, nor did he apologize for the inconvenience. The cooks are unskilled, and I will not be returning to the Centerville restaurant.

Waited 15 mins from sitting down at a bar top table, finally ask the bartender who was on her phone if there was anyone working to wait on us. She went and about 6 mins later someone came out stating she wasn’t our server but would get us drinks. Finally we met our server. Ordered and a table of 6 ordered after us. Basically the same food as us. Boneless wings and corn dogs and fries. They got their food and about another 15 mins we got ours. As I watch 3 what looks to be managers sitting at a table watching all this happening. Bartender still on her phone. Now looking there are 4 6 top tables dirty. I’ll stick with Roosters

Food was alright. Wasn’t the best Frickers I have been to. The service was extremely slow. It was a Saturday but it wasnt busy at all. Multiple tables that were sat after me and my boyfriend had gotten their food, paid, and left before we even got our food. Took forever to get our check.
Our server didnt have any answers for me on how to do the Keno tickets she just gave me a blank stare. At least go ask someone else then and get back to me.
Food was fine, chicken was better than anything obviously but overall wasn’t impressed.
And the pricing?!?! When did a dinner at Frickers cost $50 for 2 people…before tip? We ordered 2 meals and fries. Thats it.

I wouldn’t waste your time because they’ll waste yours! Set us up a table for 9 didn’t even wipe it off for one. Then had us waiting for 25 mins with no drinks then the lady who sat us came up to us and told us it’d be 40 more mins. Just ridiculous don’t waste your money or time

Food was cold despite picking it up precisely when the website said to do so. They provided no napkins or utensils in the to-go orders so we had to improvise at the hotel. Food tasted good though. And staff were nice.

Management, please teach the hired staff to use smiles when working with customers. Madison is an attractive young lady, however, she was unable to focus when taking our order over the phone. I had to repeat our simple order 5 times, and the order still was wrong. 3 burgers, 2 pretzel bites (3 dipping sauces). Somehow an order of pretzel bites got morphed into an order of chicken “chunks?” That wasn’t even ordered. So, folks were disappointed. I was disappointed in the horrible lack of focus of Madison. Please get this staff to force a smile. Big money for the wrong food.

My wife and I stopped in here this evening, right after we dropped our kid off for basketball practice. We were lucky enough to get Allie as our server. She was awesome and her recommendations were spot on. We decided to have the pretzel bites as an appetizer, which were delicious. For the main course my wife had the chicken tacos and I had the Fricker’s chicken sandwich… Both of us left very happy. Thank you again for a great meal!!
