Restaurant is on the second floor above the Axis luxury apartments leasing office. Stairs and elevator available but the entrance was not well marked from the outside. Tons of seating indoors and outdoors on their patio with a lot of tables, padded seating, and tons of space.
We got the panini chicken, black burger, and chipotle burrito. ~$40 total. Not really worth it.
The black burgers bun was very dense and the patty didn’t have much flavor. The fries were pretty good but nothing special. We got the panini half chicken and half steak which was awesome that they did that for us. The steak side was way better than the chicken side that was a little dry and flavorless. The chipotle burrito wasn’t the best and even after bringing it home for leftovers it wasn’t finished and ended up in the trash.
I think the positive reviews may be skewed since it’s in a college place, or the menu items we tried were just bland that day.

We had lunch here right at noon. The three of us ordered different things: black burger-fries, Fresko salad and 8oz Ribeye steak. All good! Freshly made, and seasoned well.

Our visit to Fresko had us hopeful, given its high reviews. The restaurant’s cozy ambiance and welcoming staff set the stage for what we anticipated to be a delightful evening. However, our excitement quickly dissipated once our meals arrived. Despite the restaurant’s high ratings, the food failed to impress. My request for a well-done burger without tomatoes was overlooked, resulting in a practically rare patty with unwanted toppings. The burger was so poorly cooked that it had a jelly-like consistency, and it was so bad that I had to spit it out. Adding to the disappointment, my girlfriend’s ribs were cold. It’s puzzling how the online reviews could have been so off the mark with this place. While the atmosphere and service were commendable, the lackluster food left us very disappointed that we just spent $40 for a bad meal.

I’m so happy I found this lovely restaurant! The lighting, decor and music created an enchanting atmosphere! The people who work here are so incredibly nice and give high quality service!
I got the salmon, and it was perfect! Every savory bite melts in your mouth! And the salad that comes with the meal complemented the salmon! Also, the water here tastes great!

This place was great! The look and feel of the restaurant, the food, and the service were all great! Our waiter was super friendly and genuine! We got the salmon and the black burger, both of which were excellent! We definitely plan to go here again!

Love the menu. Both me and my wife had things we liked which can be a problem since I’m a meat and potatoes guy and she’s more into pastas. I got the NY steak. Loved it. The pizookie is super rich.
Choosing a restaurant is always a trade off in price/quality expectations.
Fresko is better than a lot of restaurants twice the price. We’ll be regulars.

The food is incredible! Do yourself a favor and get the Alfredo in their homemade bread bowl. This will be my go to restaurant next time we visit Provo.

I’m glad I got to try the special spooky burger because it looked really cool and tasted great! The special pumpkin-shaped bun was the best part – so soft with great flavor. The guy who makes the burgers was also super nice. He’s clearly really creative and cares about his food. Really enjoyed the whole ambience of the place and the friendly, helpful staff.

Best salmon Ive ever had! The seasonings they use are fantastic and it was cooked perfectly. Im so sad I live out of town or Id come here all the time!
