Second time here! So glad we found a place that have lobster sandwhiches. After visiting San Francisco Warf we were looking for some not so fancy dinner place or food truck with lobster sandwhiches. I love the sliders and you can add extra lobster as well. Absolutely love my lobster lettuce cup. Fresh and has some mangoes but does have a bit of kick which I loved. It was a bit too spicy for my Caucasian hubby but one of my favorite appetizer dish and comes with three lettuce cup.
We did spend about $100 for just the two of us with drinks included the slider extra 1 ounce of lobster, lettuce cup and he went back and got an extra lobster sandwhich. Loved the butter toasted buns. We will be regular customers! Love the crinkle chips too. I didn’t love the lobster bisque, too creamy and not enough red pepper taste. I don’t love the clam chowder here as I make the best at home. But everything else I loved! Give it a try!

The lobster was very fresh. The burrata salad was fresh, which I ordered because I’m keto friendly at the moment, but I believe the dressing had sugar in it as it’s quite sweet. The dressing was very good through.
The lobster lettuce cups had more spice than I was expecting, but there are peppers in it that you can set aside if it’s too much spice. The clam chowder was really watery, and I wouldn’t recommend it or order it. It’s also a cup and not a bowl, so I don’t think it’s a good value.
The water machine is nice. No ice, but it’s very cold.
It’s comfortable enough and it wasn’t too crowded when we arrived.
The staff was nice. I didn’t realize they were closing because we were deep in conversation, but they didn’t push us out.
I don’t love eating off a silver pan lined with paper. I would prefer a plate. That makes it feel low-end for me; it’s just not my style at all – especially for the price. I’m sure they wash them, but my OCD in the back of my mind always wonders if they wash them

Had the opportunity to try Freshie’s. I usually rate restaurants with 5 lenses: Quality, Service, Atmosphere/Location, Price, Portions.

Freshies is a great place for a flavorful lobster roll. I love the style of lobster roll that they offer… the bread and lobster chunks are slathered in warm butter. Couldn’t ask for a better roll! I also ordered the lobster bisque and slaw. My buddy ordered the clam chowder, I think I prefer that one over the bisque. The slaw was unique in its own way. It’s different than the standard stuff. I really liked it! The service was good and the food came out quickly. Couldn’t ask for a better evening!

What an incredible find! Delightful lobster rolls in land locked Utah? YES! Restaurant is quaint and clean on 900 South with a small parking lot behind the building. Lobster bisque is delicious and packed with lumps of tender, sweet meat. The roll is loaded with warm, buttery, perfectly seasoned meat. We’ve had our share of lobster in the northeast region of the U.S. and these are better. No lie. We need to branch out and try some other items on the menu, but the lobster rolls always speak to me. There is a location in Park City as well and a food truck that travels around (how we initially found this place.) Go to any location, but GO! You’re welcome.

But they give you potato chips as a side. It just cheapens the meal for me. If I am paying $25 on a meal for myself, I want the entire meal to taste great. I am just not a fan of the chips. I would much prefer some fries. That is my opinion. I won’t mention them by name but another restaurant serves fries with their roll. I would choose them over Freshies because of the chips. Even if Freshies has a better roll.

Their Lobster rolls are divine. They come in 3 different sizes. I got the XL because I’m a big boy. The freshly caught lobster takes 24 hours from shore to door.
Service was great! Our order took a little longer than expected but was informative and assured us that it wouldn’t be too much longer.
Atmosphere was spot on. It had a coastal modern feel that was clean, simple, and cute. I felt like I was in New England.
Normally, I don’t like chips with my lobster rolls and prefer fries but Lizzy suggested the corn covered in brown butter. This was a superb recommendation because that put my experience over the top. The corn pushed Freshies to my number one place in Utah to get a lobster roll

This is a great spot for the best lobster rolls outside of New England. Great staff, good and simple menu, great presentation. It’s a great spot for a quick stop while on your way to adventure in Park City. And not being on Main Street means you’ll actually be able to find parking fast.

Nothing special. I got the lobster roll and clan chowder. The lobster roll had mild flavor. Unless you consider mayonnaise flavor. There was plenty of that. The clam chowder was pretty good, though.
