The food was delicious, filling, and light. I was full but didn’t feel heavy or overstuffed. You can get a named, already listed bowl or you can make your own (similar to chipotle line)! Tons of options! This restaurant was clean and well-kept. Staff were very helpful with recommendations.

They have specials that you can order or you can build-your-own poke bowl. The bowls taste fresh, and they have flavorful sauces. Boba Tea is also available, would recommend the jasmine tea!

Smaller portions and higher prices than I would prefer, but the staff is amazing (the young man who helped us was patient, understanding and very respectful) and the food is pretty good. I don’t like how the carrot is cut, tho, every bite ends up having all carrot in it. I like carrots, that’s why I got some on my bowl, but I am here for the fish and rice, not carrot and carrot.

Try EVERYTHING AND ANYTHING. I promise you it will taste wonderful. When I first ate here, I had no idea what any of the ingredients were and just threw something together of stuff that looked good to me. The flavors are like nothing else you would taste in Pennsylvania. Our little taste of Hawaii in our small town. The Bulgogi Chicken is my absolute favorite.

So this place lets you build your own Bowl. It starts with a base then you can add protein which includes salmon, shrimp, tuna, etc. I had the Bulgogi chicken which is cage-free. After that you add your mix-ins add you flavors at your toppings and then you add your crutch. If you don’t want to make your own they do have eight signature bowls. I highly recommend this place in fact I think I might like it better than Chipotle. Enjoy!

Hands down one of the best poke bowl places in the Northeast. This is Freshido’s third location, grand-opened earlier this month. I am so happy it’s right here in my neck of the woods. It’s right behind Chipotle/Starbucks, not readily visible from Carlisle Pike. Access to it isn’t ideal either — if you approach from the east, you’d have to make an early left at the light by the Chevrolet dealer because you can’t turn left further down the road at the main entrance to the strip mall!

So delicious that I’ve now been there two weeks in a row and have no qualms or doubts at all about coming back regularly. I’m really looking forward to experimenting to find the absolutely best combination of stuff — and then to doing it again with a totally different flavor profile once I’m happy with the first one.
