This is the best little place to grab a healthy bite! Wow! We are staying at the Hilton Penn Station and stopped in for breakfast. I got the avocado toast and it was PERFECT. So flavorful, so heathy, so clean. We also got a smoothie to share and we nearly ended up with two full smoothies by the time they divided it! My son enjoyed his egg platter – so hot and fresh and the toast was nicely grilled and buttered. Marion was just wonderful and so pleasant and helpful. Amazing customer service. Really enjoyed our stop and would highly recommend!

This is by far the least customer service location out of all the Fresh&Co restaurants. The woman manager refuses to honor any special that is available via email list. She is not interested in being helpful and dismisses your question about like she doesn’t know what you’re talking about, then sends you to “figure it out on the app.”
I have had a few stomach upset situations with the chicken in salads but I have come back because sans the chicken, the food is actually good. However, after today’s terrible customer service, I will not return and don’t recommend them as they don’t honor their own specials.

Food was excellent. Had my favorite breakfast. Eggs Rancheros. Manuel is always very nice and helpful. The staff is friendly and eager to help. The salads are great too. Its great to have a healthy option.

I would leave 0 stars if I could. They overcharged me for a 20 cold brew (charged me for 20 oz, only had 16 oz cups) which turns out is self serve, and it wasn’t even cold! Would never even bother trying the food here after that experience.

I have gotten two salads and a sandwich and all were delicious. Salads are freshly made in front of you but sandwiches are premade. Pricing is standard for this kind of salad place. There is no seating inside but there is communal seating down the hall.

They messed up my order didn’t make it the way I asked. I have a dairy allergy and I asked to remove the cheese, they put SO MUCH cheese. Multiple times they have messed up my order. Highly don’t recommend. Customer service was insanely rude.

Extremely Disappointed with Crispy Chicken Sandwich
I ordered the Crispy Chicken Sandwich and was utterly disappointed. For $12.75, I expected the sandwich to be made as described on the menu, which prominently features sundried tomato pesto and artichokes. However, upon receiving my order, neither of these ingredients was present.
Instead, I was left with a basic, and frankly underwhelming, crispy chicken sandwich. The advertised flavors that drew me to this particular item were completely absent, making the meal feel overpriced and a complete waste of money.
