Ordered dinner for 3 got my order and the fried dumplings where burnt to a crisp, how anyone would think these where edible I’ll never understand. Otherwise was very happy with the food I received.

TERRIBLE- PLEASE READ!!! Ordered 4 meals and an appetizer, somehow came out to $65 which seemed high. Food was delivered after about an hour and it was DISGUSTING! CRAB Rangoon had no crab, then they told us they had just changed their recipe and it was supposed to be that way. Bourbon chicken looked like fried calamari. It was so chewy, I couldn’t even get through one bite. They told us we could return the food and get our money back, and when we did we were greeted by a woman screaming at us “we will never deliver to you again!” with other customers in the dining room observing the whole thing. Then, because I was at work when I ordered the food, they proceeded to place fake to-go orders at the restaurant I work at, totaling hundreds of dollars. All around horrible experience at Fresh Wok on Westport Road.

The lady taking the orders was rude and pushy. We ordered three different meals and all of us got food poisoning! I would steer clear of this location or you risk the same horrible stomach cramps that I experience… basically the worst (and trust me these cramps had nothing on menstrual cramps). Also, the fish tank made the entire restaurant smell like spoiled and raw chicken meat… or maybe the meat they were cooking was actually spoiled nor that I think about it. Basically, I just would not eat here for yours and your family’s safety. Hope this review was helpful. Have a good day 🙂

Really good little hole in the wall place! The sweet and sour chicken tends to be really bready, but it never stops us from ordering at least every other week. Quality is consistently good!

The only issue I had was I order a dinner combo which comes w/ either a drink or egg roll. I was under the assumption that it came w/ just a drink. When I inquired about it the merchant informed me of the choices and said she had already given me an egg roll, as well as stated that next to inform her while placing the order. I felt this came off rude rather than accommodating.

Fresh Wok has been our favorite Chinese restaurant for the past 7 years. The family who own and run the restaurant are always so nice and never get our order wrong. Truly can not stress enough how amazing this place truly is.

I’ve been going here for years and it’s what I expect of a Chinese takeout. A little greasy, vegetables a bit overcooked. But a ton of flavor. Same people have run it, I believe it’s a family, and they are very friendly.

The worst service the woman at the front counter was very aggressive. We ordered 3 meals and all 3 of us got very ill and had the runs all night and part of the next day. I will never eat at this restaurant again.

I’ve got to be honest – it isn’t very good. Just the food – the fried rice is bland, many dishes and ingredients are underseasoned and seem like theyve been sitting out for a while, which is ironic, since they are called “Fresh Wok”. There is a “China Cafe” across the street that is much better. Most chinese places are similar but this one is really sub-par, even though the prices are what you would expect. I’m convinced they are taking cost-cutting measures with their food and just hoping noone will notice. I work next door and have had them twice now so I speak from experience, and my co-workers agree with me.

The food is horrible. The meal I got was super greasy. I believe it was recooked. Cooked once then cooked at 2nd time. I believe that they may have microwaved my meal. Because it was greasy, mushy, tough, and right in line to be microwaved leftovers.
