Their sandwiches are yummy! The artwork on the wall are nice to look at when waiting for the food. We got the strawberry banana smoothie and it was great. They did make a few mistakes with the sandwiches, my sister wanted hers grilled and they forgot, and they also forgot to put in the avocado in my sandwich. The lady put a refund for us for the missing avocado since it costed extra. I give this place 4 stars because it was a bit pricey for what you get. I liked that they have kid toys attached to the wall for kids to interact with. My lil nephew loved it.

Stopped in for a smoothly and a regular size was $12. For a smoothy and it was chalky and did not taste fresh as they say. A father ordered two smoothies for his girls and was stunned when he was told the price for them and walked out. This is an expensive place for food and drinks. I will not be coming back ever again. They sell dairy free items and food items but again price matters. Staff is not friendly at all. When you ask questions they act like it a problem to answer them.

Fresh twisted cafe is an interesting place. They have lots of gluten-free and dairy-free options. We got a burger and were disappointed with the 1/4 lb patty on a 17$ burger. I was also bummed that a place that advertises gluten free has breaded fries only.
My cappuccino was great, and my wife loved her turmeric juice.
The staff was friendly and helpful, but the menu setup was a bit eclectic.
There are some interesting pictures on the walls which I enjoyed.

Ngl everything here is way too expensive for what a small average little cafe it is. Nothing stands out and is 1.8x the cost of anything normal. Sandwich? $17. I got a large smoothie and it was $20. The hell. And then they have so many options on the screen asking for a tip. The workers also are not friendly either. I don’t understand the praise for this place. Tried it a few times and won’t go again.!

The vegan bowl seemed to have ingredients that could only be good but honestly I could only eat about 5 bites and then I was sick the rest of the day. I hate to give negative reviews on vegan options but it was pretty bad and I won’t return. The customer service was not as friendly this time and seemed annoyed that I was asking about ingredients so I didn’t want to complain about my food.
Previous review: Their vegan, gluten free cupcakes are delicious! There are many vegan savory options too. Staff is very knowledgeable about the food ingredients.

I really love the salads with all of the different toppings, the issue I have is the last 3 times I paid extra for avocado to be added and I didnt get it. They used to have good service but I won’t be back anymore. They also have a rewards program but are not very helpful in getting your points in there system. *update* I came back and guess what they screwed up my order again. Really sad.

The smallest portion sandwich I have ever experienced in the USA. $16.50 and had two paper thin slices of meat. You have to look closely at the pic to even see the meat. The bread was tiny and a whole sando about the size of a half sandwich in most places. This sandwich was the biggest rip off. I will make sure no one I know ever eats lunch there. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else in Chico for a sandwich lunch.

Service was incredibly slow but friendly. Odd hours make it pretty impossible to eat here but it’s even worse when their hours posted online are incorrect. It is not worth the time. It was fine.
