I frequent Fresh to Order a lot. I went there the other night and got home and the apples were very mushy and oxidized as you can see from the picture. The shrimp was overcooked. This is the first time this has happened. I called and was informed by the general manager that they would give me a credit of $5. Now mind you it was a call in to go order and I incorporated a tip of $2. When in fact the manager should have said the next time you come we will give you a free salad. They knew the apples were bad before putting them on the salad.

I got their summer Cobb salad. I love that you order first and then sit and they bring your food. I really appreciated the freshness and also the variety of veggies offered. They have these wonderful lemonades they offer with their bottomless drink bar. It appears that their coffee if bottomless also. Their atmosphere is very relaxed. You wouldn’t necessarily be drawn by the sign on the street, but this place is a gem.

First time ordering from here. I got the Asian Rice Quinoa Bowl. The ingredients looked fresh and were well prepared. The flavor was outstanding and the serving size was spot on. The ginger and cucumber combination was fantastic. If I had to make a change, I would add some spinach and perhaps a bit of spicy mayo dressing but those are easy fixes. All in all, I definitely recommend the place if you’re in the area and will order from here again.

Let me start out by saying typically this location serves up delicious meals. But Monday evening was absolutely horrible. All the food was dry and the presentation was not present. I will go back bc they are typically really good but Monday was bad and we were looking forward to our F2O meal

Easy to get a parking spot. We sat out side with our dog. The table we picked as it was mostly in the shade was a bit dirty due to weather but someone came right out and cleaned it. Food came out quickly and our order was correct. Our meals were really good and everything was fresh. Staff was very nice and friendly plus came to check on us after we got our entrees. We’ll definitely return!

F2G is my new found gem, I originally had the prime steak order from Cumberland Mall location (dine-in) not to mention I drove 1hr and 25 min to have lunch with my niece (QUALITY TIME) everything was PERFECT, the cashier suggested items because I stressed my hunger level and to add she continued to check on us to assure we were pleased on our visit..THEY KNEW THEIR PRODUCT!!! SSooo I returned to Cumberland Mall Location again for the exact same order Prime Steak, Garlic Mash, Extra Side salad (Balsamic Dressing was Delicious!!) extra Croissants because that meal was a 2-part meal, Lunch and dinner but I did noticed that to-go orders are not as hearty as dine-in….Customer service was still 5 STAR which has kept F2G on my radar. Now fast tracking forward, I realized they have several locations and Johns Creek was about 45 min from my home so I saved my appetite from a Chicken strip dinner (they give you #6, crust was amazing) but there was just SOMETHING that did not complete my 5STAR experience at the Cumberland Mall location, the cashier didn’t know the menu, I wanted to purchase a quart of Balsamic Vinegerette Dressing(no major but important)and the honey mustard dipping sauce for the chicken tenders was sort of spicy w/lemon zest(ISSANO4ME) they offered me a cup for water and I just witnessed a delivery driver get offered a drink for his pick-up..I JUST PAID $40 FOR A MEAL & YOU OFFER ME WATER FOR MY WAIT!! SMH while mentioning CAN SOMEBODY TURN THE LIGHTS UP, ITS GIVING CHEESECAKE FACTORY IN HERE(ISSANO4ME)….Sometimes where you frequent (diff sides of town) doesn’t matter, I’m not the “EVERYBODY KNOWING MY NAME TYPE PERSON” BUTTT, I’m definitely going to go wherever my dollar spent is valued and recognized. Cumberland Mall Yall ROCK!!! Keep up the awesome work, Ill travel miles to get Fulfilled on GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, A MEAL FIT FOR ME and the FRESH 2 ORDER EXPERIENCE that I gossip about, spreading the word ….

Fresh To Order is upscale, Fast Food Dining with a healthy twist. Not exactly, a restaurant but it is a great healthy option if you would like to eat healthy and don’t have much time. If I had to compare Fresh to Order to any other local Fast Food restaurant; it would probably be Panera Bread. Fresh To Order differs from Panera Bread in the sense that they serve Panini sandwiches. They also serve fresh juices and drinks. Their prices are on par with Panera Bread, and everything that you order is prepared, “Fresh To Order.” The interior layout and decor are very appealing. It gives you the impression that you are eating high-end food on the run. They also have delicious flavored waters at no charge. Overall, I think this is a great place for the Health Conscious, individual to eat with friends, during lunch or after work.
